酒店離華山遊客中心很近，開車5分鐘，房間比較大，也比較新，衞生乾淨，但浴室較小，與衞生間衹一門簾隔着，洗臉枱麪很小。浴室中的塑料拖鞋散發著一種惡臭，讓客服拿走了。早餐品種不多，基本是素的。重點説一下，該酒店的服務人員（遇到的所有前台，客房服務員，保安）從我們進店到離店就沒看到過笑容，都是板著臉。當天晚上颳大風，拿着行李進店（進店到所住B樓要開四扇門），期間前台頭都沒抬，保安，客房服務員都曾經過身邊，遺憾的是沒一人幫忙，哪怕是問一句要不要幫忙。希望服務意識要加強要改善。
