服務很好，儘量早點去，水質乾淨，多個湯池，飯也不錯，房間廁所的推拉門有點卡，房間門鎖有點費勁，建議更換下，體驗會更好，

環境還行，服務真的會謝，晚上空調流水一直響換了房間還是一樣，問前台可不可以換另一面的房間又説住滿了，問咋辦説沒有辦法就是這樣的

服務五星。所有人員都會主動打招呼，温泉區服務人員會主動遞浴巾，整理拖鞋。
環境五星。園林式，有湖和草坪，早晨在院子裏溜達也是很愜意。湯池旁邊有飲水區，提供水和茶，隨時可以補充水分。
遺憾的是去的那天水上樂園和泳池未開放。

温泉值得點贊，房間也挺乾淨，就是早餐一言難盡，總體來説，還是值得再去的。温泉水熱氣騰騰，早上看到工作人員在給池子裏重新換新的温泉水。

是我這些年住過的最舊的酒店，餐廳的飯特別難吃，鹹的好像他家是賣鹽的……
但是孩子説他住過的諸多温泉酒店這家排第一，因為温泉最多，玩的也多，晚上的燈光很美。
早上離開酒店時看到工作人員正在刷温泉池，換新水，很乾凈。
酒店工作人員很熱情，
酒店整個環境不錯，吃了飯逛起來也挺美的。
所以下次還會來，不過會自己帶上吃的，哈哈哈。

爬完華山過來舒爽一下的，聽説已經開業十多年的温泉店，訂房前看評論褒貶不一，首先他家的設施及裝修的確舊，但衞生方面是乾淨整潔的。不得不説服務，是我遇過最最最好的服務，不是單一一個服務員，是全部都很贊。如果早餐能改進一下就好了

度假村環境很好，綠植很多，賞心悦目～房間看起來不是很新，畢竟也開了好些年了，燈光有點暗～早餐時間有點短，不適合睡懶覺的人～但是所有的問題都可以因為服務員的態度而忽略，尤其温泉裏的服務員，特別熱情，簡直就是温泉中的海底撈，值得再去～

總體來説酒店的服務什麼的還是很不錯的 服務員很有禮貌 但是酒店房間真的太熱了 熱的睡不着覺 另外酒店床頭的充電設備不能用 其他服務特別好 就是房間設施改進一下就更完美了
