還不錯，設施設備都比較完善，但是衞生環境感覺差了一點，一次性拖鞋像有人用過的，浴巾不是特別敢用，有飲水機挺意外的，但是其實作為客人可能不敢用，建議老闆還是放未開封的純凈水來的實在。總體體驗還是不錯的，酒店離玉泉院也比較近，走路 15分鐘就到了

衞生一般，桌上有塵土，需要自己重新擦一遍。洗澡的話，第一個人洗完水就涼了，需要等待熱水器再次加熱，有點不方便。連住了兩天，中間是不會有人打掃房間收拾垃圾的，這個真的很少見。酒店出門走一段路，路口有很多小吃，爬山的話需要自己打車來回，距離還是有點遠的。

服務：還不錯早上可以預訂早餐15米一位，還可以來車站接送但是要提前打電話給他，還可以送到遊客中心，反正還是非常推薦的，這個價格也比較實惠。大家來華山可以來他家入住
