優點是環境好，地方寬敞，離玉泉院很近，步行登山極力推薦。缺點是地理位置不容易打車叫車，要想去市區不太方便，房間設施略顯陳舊，浴室下水不暢，淋浴頭忽冷忽熱。最需要表揚的是餐廳服務，做菜非常好吃，收費合理，非常優秀。餐廳前台還幫忙叫車，服務態度好極了。

離開兵馬俑後去爬華山，玉泉院登山自古華山一條路，看到很多人評論這個酒店不錯，就預訂了，方便第二天一大早5點去玉泉院爬山。實際體驗，浴室出水時冷時熱，沒有小毛巾洗臉，設備比較老舊，去玉泉院登山口需要步行至少10分鐘。請慎重考慮這家

非常建議去爬華山的朋友們住在這，條件非常好，尤其對女性友好，因為真的很安全，不像別的小客棧小旅館，這個是有大門有門禁的，我特別早起床爬的山還按鈴吵醒了大爺給我開的門，安保性肯定沒得説。
距離上離玉泉院很近，走五分鐘就到玉泉院那個停車場了。
住宿條件也很好，裏面地方特別大，我住的那間還可以看到特別好看的山景，我感覺自己就像去療養的老乾部一樣。
前台也很友好很helpful，早上吵醒她給我保管行李了哈哈哈，反正是一次很愉快的住宿體驗

這家酒店真的非常棒！地理位置方便，離華山不行口衹有10分鐘的距離，特別方便，我們住的房間空了特別大，房間帶有陽台，站在陽台外就能看到華山，景色特別美，房間乾淨衞生，床品非常舒適，讓人擁有一個美好的睡眠。酒店的服務也非常到位，推薦大家來這裏住宿！

老牌國營酒店，地理位置無敵，房間空間很大，安靜，陽台後面就是華山，美中不足就是早餐是團餐，不是自助餐，統一做好的，你去的晚的話可能飯菜會涼

今天第二天 吸取昨天教訓早上7點吃早餐，進門發一個盤子1個雞蛋，全是旅遊團的人，大呼小叫，早餐沒有什麼品種東西吃，稀飯饅頭，連鹹菜都被旅遊團的人搶光，比連鎖旅館還糟糕，對旅遊團餐可以理解，畢竟他們的房費旅行社壓的低，但是對散客自由行的客人體驗相當的糟糕，今天起床出陽台看看吸吸新鮮空氣，國家的東西，工程部設施維護相當的不利

衞生：因為枕頭太低，下圖是我讓服務員拿的備用枕頭，上面還有污漬，不知道是血還是什麼，還有廁所放牙缸的盒子，真的臟！而且房間總有一股説不上來的臭味。
服務：給前台打電話説枕頭有血漬，服務員過來敲門，沒等我説完，直接説“給你換了就行了”我的天！這服務態度我第一次見！
環境：環境還行，山景房，有圖。
設施：WiFi信號很好
衞生我真的受不了，住了這麼多酒店，還有民宿，我這真是第一次見！
