Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice and comes with a big screen. Breakfast choices are limited but adequate. There are free transport services to and fro huashanbei train station and also to and fro huashan attraction that is really helpful for foreigners. You can call the hotel via trip.com free Internet call to arrange for transport. The staff also helped us buy the cable car and bus tickets to huashan and gave us free gloves. We had dinner there, and the food was delicious (I really loved the 2 dishes I posted). We are also very honoured to be invited to a pre-release sunset photo taking experience at their rooftop with a very huge glass panel that you can stand/sit on to take instagram worthy photos. I believe the free photo shoot will likely be available soon for hotel guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the hotel.

Hotel provides pick up service from train station and to Huashan tourist centre which is great. Overall, a good stay night stay to visit Huashan!

They were so helpful. They helped provide round trip transportation to and from the train station and Huashan. The service was extra friendly and very kind. They gave me advice on how to plan out my itinerary, and I was able to buy admission and cable car tickets through them, saving me lots of time. They have a restaurant in house for dinner and breakfast was quite good. They provided me with free gloves and when I asked them to change a room that wasn’t next to the stairs, they immediately found me another room and made sure I was taken care of with my needs. Extremely friendly. I would highly recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful stay here! The place is brand new, spotlessly clean, and conveniently located close to the Huashan tourist center. One of the highlights was the free pick-up service from Huashan North Station – such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience even smoother. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about – highly recommended!

The hotel's service is very good. The bigger room for 3 person with window see view. The good quality of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel which the big bottle. I was very impressed with the service. This hotel nearby Mount Hua. The hotel pick up our at High speed railway station (Huashan north railway station) and send us back to the railway station too. Moreover hotel free service to send us to Mount Hua.
If I come to Huashan, I will come to stay at this home again and I will advise our friends to stay this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Owners are very friendly with picking you up at the (high-speed) train station. From the hotel it's a 2.5km walk to the entry of Huashan.

You can stay in a clean room at an affordable price. They provide free shuttle service to Huashan North Station and Huashan scenery spot tourist center. The woman at the reception was kind enough to help me using a translator. The male driver was also very kind to me. Thank you very much.

The hotel is newly renovated. The room is well designed and super clean. The breakfast offers many choices including organic vegetables and eggs. The service I like the most is the pickup and drop-off from the train station and from the Mount Hua entrance. You just simply call them to arrange a pick up time but only if you have a Chinese phone number. Only hiccup is the front desk phone number listed on trip.com, is not the actual front desk number. The call will not be received. I had to use the hotel owner’s WeChat for communication for pickup.
All staff are very friendly, strongly recommended!
I really appreciated their hospitality. The owner’s WeChat is attached if you need to reach him to arrange pick up time directly.
