真心為這家酒店點贊！酒店的員工服務態度也是相當好，這次出門我忘記帶充電器了，前台小姐姐立刻幫我找來了備用的，也沒讓掃充電寶付錢這些，而且反應很快。房間的隔音效果也非常出色，晚上外面再吵鬧，房間裏也不影響休息。下次我也還會選擇這家酒店！

關於整體： 1:酒店很新，沒有什麼使用痕跡，但走廊香薰味很重，不知道是不是為了掩蓋新裝修的氣味，還是單純不通風味道聚在一起了？這個就不得而知了。 2:酒店位置在縣城外圍，周邊沒那麼多商户，出門左轉50米有一座橋，橋上都是各種小攤販，隨便吃點不成問題，但想要吃好，還是得往縣城裡麪去。 3:酒店佈局與展示圖基本一致，想要預訂的友友直接參考展示圖即可。關於房間：圖二是我住的房間，實拍原圖直出，沒有加任何濾鏡和調色，它房間白天實際就是這樣血紅血紅的，因為這間房是正對街道的，酒店剛開業，牆體外面掛滿了橫幅（從圖中也可以看到），這些橫幅直接把窗户給封住了，所以你基本是看不到外面的，而且一旦有光照進來，由於橫幅的緣故，整個房間就會被染上血紅色，介意的朋友可以告知前台不要臨街的房間。關於設施: 1:第一間房我入住後發現空調不能正常工作，衹能送風，其它模式一點反應沒有，跟前台説了後，來了個工作人員折騰了一會，表示要聯繫售後處理，後面空調師傅來了，又是拆窗户又拆外機的，折騰到晚上九點半，最後才發現是膨脹閥卡死了，衹能換一間房。 2:酒店淋浴間的淋浴設施比較簡陋，只有一個花灑。 3:浴室瓷磚做了防滑設計（溝壑狀），但沒有提供洗澡用的防滑拖鞋，浴室門口也沒有吸水墊。意見與建議:1:當客人反映房間基礎設施有問題時，工作人員前往查看後，無法在短時間內（10~15分鐘）處理的，且酒店有空房的情況下，最好先給客人換一間房，哪怕你跟人家協商加點錢，或者優惠點給人家升個房呢，你先把客人送去休息，然後你該咋弄咋弄，大刀闊斧上電鑽都行，但你別讓客人留在現場陪着你們轉呀，對吧？我8點多發現的問題，到最後空調師傅跟人説今天修不好了，讓換一間房，我一直在現場陪到九點半，然後期間我跟工作人員也説過一次，要是暫時修不好的話，先給我換間房吧，畢竟現在時間也不早了，然後他跟我説等修空調的來了修了看一下再説吧，修不好就給你換一間，人都這樣説了，我也不好再多説什麼。純粹缺乏經驗和應變能力了。不過也不能怪人家，畢竟那師傅也不是前台，而且年紀挺大的，得有五六十了，人年紀大了嘛，也能理解，所以建議優化一下流程，以後遇到類似的問題（客訴）直接讓前台或者客房服務員現場跟進，現場去看，自己估摸着短時間內估計解決不了，直接當機立斷給人家換，別讓客人擱現場那傻站着（一句話:專業的人幹專業的事），如果這樣做了後續還出現同樣的問題，那就是人的問題了。2:酒店可以在浴室內提供洗澡用的防滑拖鞋（防滑設計與防滑拖鞋其實是不沖突的，這兩者是可以共存的，有些人他就習慣穿着拖鞋），還可以學習一些酒店，在浴室門外鋪上一塊吸水墊，這樣就不會把水帶的到處都是。3:點評裏有人説自己沒有享受到升房服務，我也選購了，但我也沒有。由於之前升房都是直接默認升的，人家看你有勾選，就直接給你升了，所以我也默認了前台會幫你升房也就沒問，後面我對照一看，發現沒升，然後又想了一想，反正只是在這裏過個夜就算了，也就沒去問。整體還是很滿意的，但仍有缺陷。圖片不知道怎麼回事畫質壓縮嚴重，但都是實拍。
