I booked the smallest room, but I was given a very large enclosed room. The toilet was as long as the corridor. I couldn't watch TV and couldn't even connect to the internet. I went to the front desk and they said they couldn't connect and they would fix it for me. A man came up and said they would fix it, but they didn't let me fix the TV and didn't tell me how to solve it. The internet speed was extremely slow, and the charging port couldn't be plugged in. It would fall off when I plugged it in. There was a cable behind the TV, and there was a round ball on the ground with a red light flashing inside. I didn't dare to call the front desk. There were also toiletries. After washing my hair, my hands were all peeling. There was also a toothbrush. I just put it in my mouth and brushed it a few times, and the bristles fell off... It was really disgusting. I was already in a bad mood, and now my mentality exploded.

Very bad, old, toilet smells, hot water is not hot, I caught a cold when I took a shower. The front desk also asked me not to book on the platform, and skipped the platform to pay for my breakfast. I had two eggs for breakfast, and they looked at me coldly. I said the hotel didn't have eggs, I could buy a pound and throw it away, but the auntie in the restaurant looked at me coldly and turned her face away. I have only had breakfast 1-2 times in such a long time. I have used Ctrip for so many years, and this is the only hotel I have given a bad review!!!

The service of the lady at the front desk on the first floor is very enthusiastic. There is also a guide to Zibo at the front desk. She also enthusiastically introduced Zibo barbecue to us, which gives people a very warm feeling. In addition, the front desk is equipped with earplugs, which are said to be prepared for candidates for the college entrance examination. Other guests can also pick them up at the front desk for free if they need them. It feels very considerate. The room aunt cleaned the room very carefully. There are not only disposable slippers but also non-slip slippers in the room. They are all disinfected and very safe to use. The location of the hotel is very good. It is located next to the Credit Building. There are many taxis at the door. It is very convenient to travel and it is also convenient to eat and drink nearby. Give a thumbs up to the front desk and the room aunt. They will take the initiative to say hello when they see you. There is a feeling of going home. Next time I come to Zibo, I will definitely come here again. I strongly recommend my friends to stay at this hotel!
