全家人都非常滿意，十一各個景點都人滿為患，因為定了房間馬踏湖景區可以直接進入，我們沒有在門口排隊坐船，到景區的航道里麪玩了一個多小時的自駕船，還騎了四人自行車，秋高氣爽景色很美，一次愜意的旅行，帶着家人慢慢享受好時光。

值得點讚的是酒店服務！值得點讚的是當班孫經理！值得點讚的是列車房間！首次入住中鐵文旅•馬踏湖火車營地酒店，預訂輕奢火車親子房，住在火車上，驚奇的感受，超棒的感受！酒店前台工作人員態度熱情，專業素質、服務意識較強，特別是當班孫經理（微名WeChat）如同家人一般耐心細緻，處處為客人着想，給人以賓至如歸、到家的感覺、非常温馨。其他每個員工見面都有親切的問候，感謝中鐵培養出如此出色的優秀員工。房間住在列車上，非常有新新鮮感，放眼窗外，綠色的草地像柔軟的絨毯，鋪展在天地之間，田野上盛開朵朵野花，色彩斑斕，如詩如畫。鳥語花香，無比驚訝和喜悦！床很舒適，床品、布草潔白乾凈如新，讓人悠然放心。酒店在景區內，位置很好，交通非常便利。洗手間超級乾淨，淋浴，水特別充足，洗澡非常舒適。辦理入住、退房簡便快潔，不用等候查房，酒店內網絡無縫覆蓋。餐飲特棒，酒店有遊覽觀光車，是商務出差，帶娃旅遊休閑優質之選。下次還住該店，同時向朋友特別推薦……

房間很新，設施很好，有智能馬桶，工作人員很熱情周到。縣裡有個“信譽樓超市”，個人感覺超越胖東來，熟食水果甜品都很好，從超市買點當晚飯，帶到酒店吃，更像做綠皮車。。。

這家店開在景區內，創意十足，是閑暇時間帶孩子遊玩，親近大自然的好去處。店家提供早餐十分豐盛，不僅種類多，量也足，有小粽子，包子，米糕，餡餅，雞蛋，油條，粥，小鹹菜。出了房門，孩子就可以在外面玩，火車頭可以免費參觀。邊上有房車營地，也能提供住宿。附近有碼頭，如果想自駕電動遊船，店家提供優惠價，想做園區內的電動觀光車，店家也有優惠票價，並且不限次數。景區白天晚上都有表演。店家服務周到熱情，網上預訂後，入住前一天打電話聯繫，告訴注意事項。自駕車開進停車場後，有擺渡車接送，給小朋友提供了乾果零食，小童拖鞋，牙刷，都非常喜歡，帶回了家😂臨走時，還給小朋友和大人贈送了禮物，非常好，超過星級的服務👍👍👍工作壓力大時，也可以來這裏遊玩，釋壓
