Location is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance.
Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet.
Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay.
Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

和家人本來想要去看五女山雲海，奈何沒有做好攻略凌晨到達五女山發現封山了，凌晨兩點多定了這家酒店，本來是一次遺憾之旅，被這家酒店治癒了，我們兩點多快三點到酒店辦理入住，給我們辦理入住的“派大星”小姐姐超級熱情的給我們辦理的入住，本來已經下半夜了，這個時間人真的是很困的，但小姐姐絲毫沒有不耐煩，而且還有耐心，愛死了！鬱悶的心情一下子就好了起來！早上給我們辦理退房的“小兔子”小姐姐也是！看我們帶的保温壺特意幫我們接滿了熱水！這種細心的服務簡直愛死了！我會再來看雲海的！還會繼續訂這家酒店！乾淨，整潔！👍棒

這次入住體驗超驚喜！最開始沒有車位，經理特意把自己的車位挪出來給我停。最想誇誇前台的派大星！！！從到店登記就特別耐心，主動幫我升級，還詳細介紹了周邊的美食和交通路線。
房間超級超級乾淨，特意選了新開業的酒店，確實很驚喜。樓下有便利店，很方便。退房之前特意給拿了兩瓶水和伴手禮。
昨天晚上不小心把車鑰匙落在大堂，聯繫她後，不僅第一時間幫忙收好，還貼心送到房間，全程態度熱情又專業。有這樣的員工，下次來肯定還選這家！

酒店很新，和音樂噴泉衹隔着一條馬路，附近很多吃飯的地方，酒店工作人員主動幫忙找位置停車。
從進店開始就感受到濃濃的暖意，前台熱情接待，給升級了房間，還細緻的介紹了周邊情況。
房間很大，佈局合理，細節到位，床品整潔乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離做的也很好。
總體來説是非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，希望店家繼續保持品質，有機會再去桓仁一定會再次入住。

非常好的一個酒店，看時間是新開的，父母想去五女山，看了好多家最後訂了聽瀾。打電話問了酒店有沒有暖風，這個季節的東北房間要是沒有暖風真的住不了。到店給升了房，家裡人説走的時候還特意給拿了兩瓶熱水，怕路上冷。真的是非常貼心，而且住宿環境也非常好，離音樂噴泉很近。找不出任何問題，從軟件到硬件都非常的好。因為父母住，沒有拍照片，借用同房型照片，實際環境和圖片一模一樣。極力推薦。

淡季來的，住的特別舒心，房間超乾淨，每個工作人員都非常禮貌熱情。晚上出去溜達天涼給我們拿了熱的礦泉水暖手，走的時候還送了小禮物。下次來還會住這裏。前台派大星好可愛。
