酒店位於新城區，交通方便，周邊環境不錯，有商場有美食，還有地下停車場入住免費停車，住了一晚整體滿意！

快到退房時間，還沒有退房，就進房間來打掃了，顧客人回來了，還是繼續打掃，全然不顧顧客需要收拾東西退房。希望可以改進。早餐時間希望能長一點，太早就結束了。房價也偏貴了，在縣城來説。

春節返鄉途中高速嚴重擁堵至廣西德勝下來找地方住，攜程上搜當地酒店評價反映不錯……進入一樓大堂就是菜巿場氛圍，挑高至五層的大堂，二～五是餐廳和Ktv，傳來酒**和麥霸們的嚎叫吵雜聲！女前台倆，一個正在給兩男兩女辦入住，兩個男的叨着煙邊吞雲吐霧邊嘰嘰喳喳，另一個女前台閑着，我走上前詢問可以辦入住嗎？頭也不抬説稍等。然後我就離香煙男遠一點的距離等，直到他們拿上房卡掐了煙隨手一丟又轉身走、一箇中年男徑直從我面前走上去遞身份證，女前台竟然也無縫對接的開始給插隊男辦！那麼我衹有繼續等待！
直到這個人走、我馬上走上前拿出身份證！
我敍述了我的要求：無煙房，安靜。前台馬上説沒有無煙房，我可以退訂換別家！思忖幾十秒後我決定妥協！因為帶着家人和孩子。
But! 她給了我七層的房卡！結果當晚我們被5層ktv的嚎叫聲吵到凌晨三點它停了，才睡着！
五點半又起床叫醒孩子開車上高速繼續堵！
這些就是我本人的真實住宿體驗！廣西德勝毛南民族酒店！ 對了，衞生間的地上還有纏繞的長髮。
奉勸各位稍微對住宿有點要求的人千萬別選它！

酒店的地理位置優越，附近的帝王美食城有很多實惠好吃的本地特色美食，交通便利。停車方便，有酒店專用停車場。
前廳有白茶和羅漢果茶提供，非常棒。酒店提供的早餐非常的豐盛，有本地米粉，超級好吃！
前台的小姐姐專業熱情服務態度超好，酒店房間乾淨衞生，這次入住體驗超級滿意。 強烈推薦大家來環江首選環江最好的酒店

隔音效果非常差，凌晨兩三點還有人在唱歌，Ktv很大聲，十分影響睡眠，我們住七樓。還有就是有升級房型權益，結果服務員説房型一模一樣，衹是多了兩瓶水，什麼叫升級房型，偷換概念呢這是。差評。離博物館和思恩塔很近。

1.入住當天前台大廳兩家婚宴接客，特別吵雜。沒有四星級酒店該有的樣子。像是菜市場趕集。
2.前台服務態度比較冷漠，不熱情，沒耐。（可能跟嘈雜的關係有關？）
3.最讓人吐槽的是酒店停車問題。酒店附近地面停車爆滿，地下停車場入口不明顯。而且地下停車場的出入，酒店居然沒辦法錄入系統。需要每次出門去前台掃碼。
4.床墊太軟，一睡就塌進去。對中老年人不友好。睡一覺起來全身疼。
5.其他挺好的，剛入住，清潔服務人員給了幾個水果。
