酒店交通方便，內設有停車場停車方便，房間內床單被罩及毛巾乾淨，有躺椅及小圓桌比較方便。衞生間和洗浴間乾濕分離，洗浴間為簡單玻璃隔擋，洗澡的時候不會熱氣滿臉都是，但是敞口位置太大感覺不習慣，不符合生活習慣。酒店有早點，早點不是自助是按份取用，數量很少，味道不好。前台設定於臨街進門背面，設定合理且有創意，前台服務態度一般。

非常物超所值的酒店。酒店各種設施都無可挑剔。位置方便，周圍有吃有玩。房間足夠大，非常乾淨，床也舒適。對於我們自駕的人非常友好，有自己的停車場，讓人安心。早餐是現煮的，很好吃，而且搭配合理，很温馨。這是一家高品質的酒店。

酒店新整，房間寬敞，設施齊備，佈局合理，採光良好，乾淨衞生，院內停車，車位充足。辦理入住時，我問了一句：“早餐幾點到幾點？”，服務員回答：“等我辦完了給你一起説哈！”於是，整個辦理過程，我再也不敢吱聲，乖乖站着等候小姑娘吩咐。服務員的處理，並無大礙，但這種以自我為中心的待客方法還是不如以客人為中心讓人愉悦。這些小姑娘可能不知道，上世紀北京百貨大樓有個售貨員叫張秉貴，他總結出“接一問二聯繫三”的售貨法，就是在接待第一個客人的同時，招呼、照料、安撫後面七八個客人。他的優質服務贏得顧客廣泛讚譽，被評為全國勞動模範，成為全國服務行業的標兵。反觀酒店服務員，早晨下樓經過前台，問服務員早餐在哪個位置，服務員頭都不抬：“對面！”對客人太缺乏禮貌了。吃完早餐回房間路過前台時，發現電話鈴響了很久，服務員就是不接，甚至乾脆壓斷。當時就想，如果我是打電話的客人，多急人啊！退房離開時，服務員沒有半個送行的字。總的説來，酒店環境和硬件條件不錯，但服務員的素質需要大幅提升，要引導服務員對客人熱情、禮貌、親和，如此，酒店才能深受歡迎。
