Beautiful location and hotel amenities were amazing. Such a great place to relax at, and the staff were very nice. We saw the sunset and stars at the hotel and hiked the mountain behind the morning after!

外部環境不錯，油菜花開的季節，整個山谷都是香的，但內部問題很多，打掃不徹底，床上還有毛髮，馬桶，桌子上都有水漬，上一個客人在洗手盆上用了的紙還在上面，有房間水管漏水，污水一地，有待改正的地方很多，再一個就是服務，彆強調理由，人家花了錢就是要不你的環境和服務，除了大環境，你們一樣都沒做好

我真是難得寫差評，這次真忍不住了：
1、環境衞生：很差，房間內外都是蒼蠅，半夜差點跑我嘴裏🤮，本來就有點高反，半夜醒了就睡不着，房間裏沒有任何通風系統都是封閉的窗户，封閉悶熱衹能加劇高反的感覺。
2、設施：洗澡水龍頭一直在漏水，Wi-Fi連不了沒用，插座都很鬆，我是三接口的快充充電頭有點重，一插就掉。
3、餐飲：我們自己付錢點的晚餐還不錯，就是坐在門口吃完，垃圾第二天早上都沒收拾好。早餐也沒有那些高分評價的好，就是簡單的小米粥、玉米餅、雞蛋、玉米。
4、服務：是我們催着重新打掃房間才花了一個半小時換了床單和掃了地😓，很慢，服務員完全不在狀態一臉懵。

入住感受很差，房間裏沒有通風窗户，白天曬的熱的很，還滿屋子的蒼蠅，晚上睡覺特別悶熱，被子還是一個厚的，一個薄的。兩點辦理的入住，四點還沒打掃完，給老闆打電話衹是光解釋，要個密碼也是晚上才發來，房間裏的衞生間變成露營裏遊客的公共廁所。插座幾個都不能好好使用，衞生間的衞浴也是壞的，可移動的花灑也不出水，還一直在漏水，地面一直是濕的，一晚上滴滴答答的聲音，根本睡不着。真不知道網上的好評老闆是怎麼要來的，要來的朋友不推薦。

我和閨蜜很喜歡這裏廚師長服務態度很好基本上還有的東西都有設施設備很健全人都很好熱情有禮貌主要是這裏真的很適合住上一段時間放空自己遠離城市的喧囂感受廣袤無垠的天地主要是供應早餐就很優秀，而且早餐供應時間真的不要太貼心以後有時間還會去玩的🫰🏻
