出差地點靠近這酒店，就直接預訂下了，住起來很不錯，環境衞生設施齊全，旁邊就是濕地公園，工作累了還可以下去走走

硬件設施還可以，但是服務人員的服務質量我們不太滿意，服務人員在未經人客人同意的情況下，私自拿客人的手機下載華住會軟件，安裝這個軟件我們根本就不知道，事後才發現，感覺他們這個行為特別的不尊重客人，而且作為服務行業不應該去用客人的手機之類的私人物品，而且裏面下載東西也應該徵得客人同意，不能私自給下載。影響入住的心情。

酒店位置很好，臨近慈湖公園，飯後散步很方便，步行吃飯也不錯。餐點很豐富。希望浴室能設定防滑墊，避免滑倒

酒店服務態度很好，前台接待的婷婷非常耐心和細心，把我們帶的中葯放入冰箱，房間乾淨衞生，停車非常方便，酒店旁邊的濕地公園散步很不錯，適合散步，風景很美，推薦來黃石玩的遊客首選白馬路漢庭酒店。

前台小姐姐很熱情，笑容也很甜美呦，服務很熱情周到，消息回覆也很及時，房間安排的也很寬敞，舒適，很喜歡。地理位置也很好，門口交通很方便，炒雞喜歡呦，真心推薦！！！！服務真的周到，很熱情，有問必答，耐心的很，我下次再來。
