到的時候已是晚上，前台美女服務很好，還給升級了房型，房間大小合適設施齊全，空調製冷效果很好，有個小問題由於洗手枱在進門處遠離淋浴間 ，應該在淋浴間外設定一兩個掛鈎能方便穿脱衣服。酒店離萬達廣場很近，周圍商業齊全，門口有停車場還可免費停車，在那個地段還是非常難得的。

這次來黃石旅遊，選的廲楓酒店黃石港萬達店太讓人驚喜！位置超棒，緊鄰萬達，吃喝購物都方便。房間佈置温馨，薰衣草香薰好聞又助眠，慕斯床墊和智能設備加分不少。前台服務熱情，早餐豐富多樣，下次還住這兒！

入住之後一直嗡嗡嗡響聲，我以為是房間中央空調的原因，結果把風調到最小還是很響。因為凌晨一點多才辦理入住的，所以行李放好洗完澡上床了都不怎麼樣想折騰，也想着後面會好點，就想着忍忍。
結果一直在響，響了一夜，搞的幾乎一晚上沒睡着！人很抓狂！
早上起床打開窗簾一看，好傢伙，窗户外面掛了4-5個空調外機！！
所以退房的時候我説一定要給差評！
前台服務員解釋了一下午但是很蒼白。當時我也在氣頭上，沒理他們。
後來店長陳先生給我打電話，反覆道歉，説沒給我帶來很好的入住體驗。
也正是因為店長的態度，冷靜下來很不忍心給差評。但是又想着不能當沒有發生，有點評的目的就是分享體驗，讓客户瞭解，讓商家進步。
解決問題的態度很好，但是不能因為解決問題了就忽視“製造問題”這個事情。酒店沒有滿房，安排房間的時候完全可以給客人安排一個不吵的！即使滿了，也可以提前告知客人，讓客人有點心理準備。
其它方面的話，沒啥問題。
