1、網站訊息標註錯誤，在6樓攜程上卻是1樓，浪費好多時間；
2、接待人員是個大叔看着都害怕，態度生硬，甚至不禮貌，全程沒有一句禮貌用語；
3、設施陳舊,衞生堪憂，毛巾浴巾都有蟲子和毛髮，找工作人員換還不耐煩，讓我自己去拿；
4、投影看啥都要VIP，啥也看不了，純粹擺設；

真服了，內褲洗乾淨了晾着好好的，忘記拿了準備回來拿，做衞生的給扔了，明明加了微信，正常人人也知道先問一下還要不要，就算衹是一個發繩，那也是顧客的東西，説扔就扔嗎，住過那麼多酒店就沒見過這種直接扔客人的東西的，虧我還在這住過那麼多次真**，服了。並且之前來住前台搞不清楚自己家的wifi，連不上網，我問的是Wi-Fi名稱，手機搜不到那個網，問的不是密碼，前台自己搞都搞不清楚
