大堂的環境還有房間的環境都還不錯。前台服務特別特別好，還免費給升級了房間，最後也延遲了退房。早餐沒有去吃就不評價了。方方面面都還不錯，就是有一個致命的缺點。房間太不隔音了，從早上6點~下午2點多。一直咚咚咚咚咚咚的，吵的人睡不着覺，太影響人休息了。維也納是一棟獨立的樓，按理説不應該有這些聲音。希望抓緊改善一下，這真的太影響睡眠了。

首先作為白金卡用户忠實客户入住這麼多，該門店是我第一次主動寫差評甚至一度想投訴並註銷會員。具體原因
1頭一天早上開的房間第二天晚上退房，我知道超時費，但連鎖酒店不應該是公司收款碼或者pos機嘛？不知道怎麼原因讓我掃碼個人收款碼，然後結果前台當天下午給我打電話説我退房時間到了提醒退房，我也不知道是什麼原因第一次遇見
2進去房間發現床單還有血漬，洗手間還有上個客人遺留的刮鬍刀，門店難道生意這麼好，都不檢查房間？
3上一次入住一個年輕的小女孩辦理入住很熱情，結果這一次辦理入住好像聽其他人不叫她經理，一個管理辦理入住挎着臉全程沒有一句問候，詢問是否可以郵寄快遞直接不搭理，這就是門店的服務？不説禮貌，最起碼尊重都沒有，入住房間樓層不報，電梯不指引，早餐樓層不説，用餐時間不説，退房時間不説，難道貴酒店的標準是讓客人自己猜嘛？
4住宿期間還有人莫名奇妙敲門，問是誰不説話
5最最不能接受的是，我辦理入住的時候前面有一個客人，我後來的，當時前台好像是有一個領導在一起2個人，但是沒有一個人接待我辦理入住，甚至照顧都沒有。
建議貴酒店改進，用心對待每一個客人，特別是我們這種高質量白金卡客户
