Hotels near Tunpu Guifan in Huangshan

This is a very large hotel with lots of rooms and floors. The rooms are big, comfortable beds and great furniture. Staff tried really hard although some didn't speak much English, the concierge was great and arranged transport for us. The pool is big but lots of children! The buffet breakfast was great but the dinner not worth it. Only local beer available.

Second visit to ShanShui Inn. Again, the experience was just what I was looking for. Friendly, attentive and helpful service. Convenient location as a base to explore nearby sites. Calming, small space with an outlook over the river. Homely, a little quirky and a luxury bath to unwind in each day. Perfect space to stay for expats as well as Chinese couples/families.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good. The boss is very kind. The room is clean and the facilities are complete. The only thing that is not particularly convenient is that there is no light switch next to the bed. I have to get up and go to the door to turn it off. I stayed here for two nights and four nights. When people checked in, the boss also gave us free breakfast coupons, which was very nice😀

What made our stay here amazing wasn't only the comfortable beds, spacious room and delicious breakfast, but the wonderful manager (I believe her family name is Tan, forgive me if I forgot) and her polite and helpful staff! Firstly, our reservation was at ”SWEETOME Hotel”, but they decided they were no longer allowing foreigners to stay at their hotel (even with covid tests and green health codes). Fine, that's their ignorant decision to make, however, the problem was we were told this on arrival at check in. How unprofessional and thoughtless of them! Thankfully, Trip called around and this hotel seemed to be the only one taking foreigners, we were of course relieved. At this point our expectations were very low and I was thinking of cancelling the trip at leaving the next day, but the warmth and friendliness of the manager and all the staff we met at check-in and afterwards as well as the comfy room made us stay and enjoy Huangshan for 3 days. I'll definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend to my friends. The location, amenities and cleanliness are also all perfect! Well deserving of 20 stars!! Thankfully that other place turned us away!

When we came to Huangshan to blindly choose this hotel, the main things we valued were the Hui-style style and garden facilities. We could also arrange pick-up from the station (airport), the driver was on time, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, the hotel decoration was simple and elegant, warm and comfortable, and the service was enthusiastic, so we talked to the driver Master Sheng paid for the chartered car and we stayed for 3 days under his warm and thoughtful arrangements. He also introduced the sightseeing projects and I was very satisfied with the itinerary! The hotel's breakfast is also good, with a variety of varieties and delicious food. It is worth your reference.

Fantastic little little hotel with great service If you are looking for a genuine historical and unique hotel experience with super service — then this is the place for you. If you like hyper modern and fancy hotels with glass and concrete, stay away. Yujian No8 has a great location I’m Tunxi (Huangshan old city). Location is rated good because of it depends where you are going. If you want to visit the old city this is perfect. It is a little difficult to find the hotel if you are on your own, but we were met by hotel staff who helped with suitcases and directions. You can not drive in Tunxi old city so there are a few hundred meters to walk. There is a direct bus line from Huangshanbei railway station or you can easily use taxi. The location is very quiet and it feels like you are experiencing a jump in time. The staff is great. They do speak little English, but it’s easy to use translator apps on your phone/ if you have WeChat they also have their own account where it’s easy to communicate. The staff provided very useful information about the area and were very helpful, nice, friendly and professional. The hotel has spacious rooms and lovely public area. This is a very unique traditional hotel, with classic decor and design. The room was very clean with nice amenities. Even if the hotel is displaying historical design, it has modern and nice stuff in the rooms. Our room has bathtub and shower and also a small lounge. Very enjoyable. The overall experience with a super location for exploring the old city made this one of our most memorable stays. We can highly recommend Yujian No 8!

Very warm hotel. It was very cold on the day of check-in. We had already turned on the air conditioner with the room card before we arrived. It warmed our hearts when we entered the room! The room is large, clean, and well-equipped. The window faces the Huizhou Grand Theater, and the soundproofing is very quiet. The location is good, there is a big supermarket downstairs, and the pedestrian street is next to it, which is convenient for eating. There is a charging station at the corner of the intersection, which has both fast and slow charging, which is very convenient. Breakfast is included, with many varieties and tastes good. The price of booking a room now is very worthwhile.

I've been back for a few days and haven't commented yet. I want to review this. This is the best and most affordable youth hostel I've ever stayed in. The people in the hotel are very nice and the service is very considerate. I took my luggage when I first arrived. The box was relatively heavy, so the lady helped me carry it upstairs. She was really enthusiastic. The Anhui cuisine cooked by my aunt was really delicious and satisfied my stomach. The boss was also very easy to get along with and taught us his experience. Don’t open a B&B or speculate in stocks🙈I stayed there for three days in a row. I can’t bear to leave. The environment is also great. I made a lot of friends there. If you go to Huangshan City, you should go to this store. There is also this store at the foot of Huangshan Mountain, and there is also this store in Hongcun Village, Xidi. shop, I'm already thinking about coming to this shop again next time. I hope the boss's hotel business will get better and better👏👏👏👏👏👏I have recommended this shop to my friends😽

I went to Huangshan on the weekend and stayed at Ruiju Hotel on the first day. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. It was cost-effective and worth choosing.

The hotel is in a prime location, next to the Huangshan Municipal Government and close to the Xin'an River extension. The hotel lobby is grand, the staff is very enthusiastic, and the front desk Xiao Hong is very considerate. He specially arranged the room with my friend to facilitate our movement. He also gave us a tasting of the famous local black tea. The osmanthus black tea is very special and tastes good. The check-in experience is very good. The online booking also gave us tickets to the Huashan Mystery Cave, which happened to be a good place to go with my friends. I have a work plan to go to Huangshan next month, and I will book this hotel online at that time.
