The location is good, close to the old street, within walking distance, and parking is available. Everything is good. The Huangshan hotel in the off-season is very cost-effective.

Hotel was great - particularly as it's on top of a mountain - and that in itself is special! Costs for everything are expensive but fair considering the location. The room is fairly small (but very functional), you won't need space as you won't have luggage. Room comes with warm jackets and a torch so you don't need to bring those things for a sunset/sunrise. We were in what seemed like a newer block so the interior was modern. Shower was hot and decent. Breakfast and dinner (180 yuan per person) had impressive variety considering everything gets up the mountain on a cable car and then manually carried to the hotel. Location is good as it's next to the Taiping cableway but we walked from the popular Yuping cableway carrying small overnight packs. It is very possible in one day! We descended the next day via the Yungu cableway which was a much easier walk. Note the closest lookout for both is a 20min uphill walk with the path starting from the hotel (and another path for those who aren't staying there.) We saw a spectacular sunset and not much of a sunrise. Both were well worth it but of course you're at the mercy of the weather. Receptionists could speak basic English and will also give you bottles of water and communicate weather and sunset conditions to you via WeChat. If you can't understand Mandarin you can use the translate function in WeChat. Free laundry service too but we didn't use it.

The hotel is in Tunxi District, not far from the city, very close to Liyang Old Street and Pacific Shopping Plaza. It is more convenient to go out for dinner and shopping. The decoration of the hotel is very textured, low-key luxury, the room is large, the bathroom is also very large, the furniture in the house looks very high quality, the bed, the sheets are not the things used in the general hotel, the embroidery on the sheets is very beautiful, I checked the water and it seems to be three or four bottles. Staying is really good value for money, it is super comfortable to live The breakfast provided by the hotel is also very rich and the taste is very good. I sent four tickets to Qiyun Mountain. I also saw the colorful Xiangyun at the fireworks show in Qiyun Mountain at night. It is really a bargain. I will stay here next time. It is highly recommended!

Entering the hotel lobby, it is a traditional business hotel lobby, relatively simple. The front desk clerk was quite enthusiastic and helped us check in. He told us that there would be a shuttle bus in the hotel parking lot to take us to the south gate of Huangshan in the morning. This was quite nice. Convenient, they also helped us upgrade the room. The room was better than expected, all equipped with intelligent hardware, and the room was also spacious. It was just a little noisy because it was close to the road. There was a supermarket and breakfast shop next to the hotel, which were quite convenient. Parking There are also charging stations in the venue, which is very convenient for friends who drive electric cars. It is a slow charging fee, and the electricity fee is 1.65 yuan, which is a little more expensive than fast charging outside, but it is better than nothing. You can park your electric car here after charging in the morning. We took the hotel's shuttle bus to the entrance of Huangshan Mountain. After climbing at night, there was a car to pick us up and take us back to the hotel, and then drive away. It was quite convenient. I was quite satisfied with my stay and would choose it again next time.

The Peak Of Mount Huangshan
This was the most expensive hotel in my whole China trip by far but it was also the best restaurant with amazing breakfast options. The room was just okay, not bad but not worth the price and it had no view from the room even though it is marked as Mountain View. It is also far (about 1 hour hike) away from the closest popular points to watch sunrise and sunset. I would consider a different hotel next time that is closer to the hiking route because it took us almost 8 hours to hike here after taking the Yuping cable way up. It was almost dark when we arrived at the hotel and we headed up the mountain at 9 am.
