This is a very large hotel with lots of rooms and floors. The rooms are big, comfortable beds and great furniture. Staff tried really hard although some didn't speak much English, the concierge was great and arranged transport for us. The pool is big but lots of children! The buffet breakfast was great but the dinner not worth it. Only local beer available.

The hotel had a great location close to some of the most famous peaks. We stayed for a night to be able to see the sunset and sunrise and all was arranged in order to allow it in the most comfortable and convenient way, from tours planned to down jackets in the room free for use. We were upgraded during check-in for a better room and used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. On top of that we also found a voucher for the spa in the room ☺️

This hotel is well located to bright summit peak and turtle peak, ideal for watching sunset and sunrise. They recommended that we watched sunrise from bright summit peak, and therefore, we should go to turtle peak for sunset, and we were very lucky to witness both! We booked a triple room. The room was a good size, although the bathroom was on the smaller end. The only downside was the room was quite cold, despite the radiator being on full power. There were extra blankets in the room for that purpose. The service was otherwise impeccable: we were given ginger tea on arrival, we were shown to our room (albeit it was outside the main block), the hotel supplied down jackets and torches for sunrise the next morning. They called us to inform us that there were a lot of visitors on the summit, and to leave earlier the next morning for sunrise to get a good spot. We were also given snacks, fruit and a free coffee the next morning for our descent. Breakfast was a buffet and there was a good variety of food.

We were part of a group of six friends who traveled from Shanghai for a long weekend exploring Huangshan. And the hostel was an absolute gem that made the weekend perfect!! The owner was very communicative prior to our arrival, and arranged for a van to pick us all up from Huangshan Bei train station to the hostel. Nestled in a cute valley around a 10 minute drive from the entrance to Huangshan, we loved the clean, modern, and relaxing vibe of the hostel. We had amazing hosts, who prepared delicious breakfasts, lunch, and dinner! They also gave great hiking recommendations both for Huangshan and for the surrounding area. 100% would recommend for others.

We had a wonderful time at Yupinglou Hotel. It is a very beautiful hotel. We enjoyed everything about our stay there. The hotel rooms are really beautiful and also very clean. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and the service is excellent. We want to thank the staff very much for their great hospitality. They also gave us a lot of recommendations about hiking routes on the mountain, which is really helpful. We will never forget the wonderful time we had at Yupinglou hotel. If we will visit Huangshan again in the future, we will definitely choose Yupinglou Hotel again.

NIce new hotel .. very posh .. name changed to cloud fun .. just few minutes away from xihai gorge. Staff Xiang Jian Fan was updating us the sunrise/sunset schedule and location to watch them. It is really amazing to have such nice hotel at the peak. Everything is carried up by hand .. including the bedsheet we slept on. I saw the guys carrying them up and down hill.

It would be more convenient for people to eat around , But the front desk called for room cleaning, but there was no answer. In the end, I could only tell me to walk around first and come back at 2 pm. I could only put my luggage back in the car. This felt very bad, not to mention a super five-star hotel. The hotel, even the Samsung Hotel, will not have such a situation, indicating that there is a big problem in the management of the hotel. ②When I checked into the guest room, I heard that some guests called and quarreled again. I made a reservation first. Why did you let others stay first? Anyway, you have a lot of grievances. Living in such a good environment makes people happy, if there are still people angry. The quarrel, no matter what the reason, the hotel has already failed, right? ③I would like to say that the hotel reception in the underground parking lot to help with luggage, breakfast waiters come in and order food and delivery are good, but I feel that the breakfast waiters are obviously less, the delivery and cleaning are all a group of people, and the delivery and collection of dishes In fact, it shouldn’t be like this in terms of management. It feels very confusing. In the morning, I saw a few people waiting to clean up the table and couldn’t get a seat. It is also recommended to add small street lights at night, especially in dark corners. It is recommended to add a wash mirror in the room, and it is recommended that each person in the pool prepare bath towels. The boss and his wife were very nice. They picked us up and dropped us all the way up and down the mountain. The food they cooked was very delicious, including the chicken soup and the smelly mandarin fish. When we came back from the mountain, the children played in the hot spring for an hour.
