This is a very large hotel with lots of rooms and floors. The rooms are big, comfortable beds and great furniture. Staff tried really hard although some didn't speak much English, the concierge was great and arranged transport for us. The pool is big but lots of children! The buffet breakfast was great but the dinner not worth it. Only local beer available.

What made our stay here amazing wasn't only the comfortable beds, spacious room and delicious breakfast, but the wonderful manager (I believe her family name is Tan, forgive me if I forgot) and her polite and helpful staff! Firstly, our reservation was at ”SWEETOME Hotel”, but they decided they were no longer allowing foreigners to stay at their hotel (even with covid tests and green health codes). Fine, that's their ignorant decision to make, however, the problem was we were told this on arrival at check in. How unprofessional and thoughtless of them! Thankfully, Trip called around and this hotel seemed to be the only one taking foreigners, we were of course relieved. At this point our expectations were very low and I was thinking of cancelling the trip at leaving the next day, but the warmth and friendliness of the manager and all the staff we met at check-in and afterwards as well as the comfy room made us stay and enjoy Huangshan for 3 days. I'll definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend to my friends. The location, amenities and cleanliness are also all perfect! Well deserving of 20 stars!! Thankfully that other place turned us away!

No wonder it’s so cheap on National Day, with a reduced standard of five stars. I live in Building 5, which is a large B&B. This is the first time I have encountered a five-star hotel that does not provide centralized hot water supply, but uses electric water heaters. Better B&Bs do more than this, let alone Hanting Home Inn 😂😂 So it was normal for the bathtub to be unavailable. The quilt is a fiber quilt, and the towels and bath towels are very modern and are standard equipment. As for hair dryers, electric kettles, etc., just have the main one. The carpet in the room, the oversized faucet, the oversized bathroom, and the traces of the five-star hotel back then. The breakfast is also downgraded. It's not as good as a better four-star hotel, so don't expect too much.

Conveniently located and within walking distance to the Huangshan North Train Station and Huangshan Passenger Bus Terminal. Hence, it is a good base to leave the luggages for a (backpacked) trip to Huangshan Mountain (Danxia Peak) and Hongcun Ancient Village (Moon Fen). It is also convenient to take Bus number 21 at the bus stop outside the Railway Station to Tunxi Old Street (about 30mins for CNY2). Good selection and nice buffet breakfast (mainly Chinese crusine).

We went to the hotel entrance at 7.50 in the morning. The master who picked us up to the Zhaixi Interchange Center has arrived. Just complain a little bit, breakfast is very average, enough for a full stomach. I don’t know if it’s because of the epidemic in the past year. I feel that the facilities at the base are a bit depressed, and Dawusu and Xinjiang mutton barbecue are no longer there. I hope the base will get better and better!

The hotel where I stayed after climbing Huangshan, I stayed for two nights because I was too tired. The room size is not very big, but it is still very cozy. The wet and dry separation of the bathroom is very convenient to use. My husband keith and I reaaly enjoyed our stay at Vienna I H south gate. The staff were very helpful with information about places to visit.
