This was the most expensive hotel in my whole China trip by far but it was also the best restaurant with amazing breakfast options. The room was just okay, not bad but not worth the price and it had no view from the room even though it is marked as Mountain View. It is also far (about 1 hour hike) away from the closest popular points to watch sunrise and sunset. I would consider a different hotel next time that is closer to the hiking route because it took us almost 8 hours to hike here after taking the Yuping cable way up. It was almost dark when we arrived at the hotel and we headed up the mountain at 9 am.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We don't speak Chinese well but the check-in process was very smooth and all the staff were very friendly. The room was very cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also great for doing small walks to see the sunrise and sunset. Special thanks to 小叶 for making our trip extra pleasant by taking us to our rooms, showing us how to use all the amenities and even sharing some locals snacks with us. This little attention was very much appreciated and made our stay perfect!

We had an absolutely delightful experience during our stay at this Airbnb! The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. As cat lover myself, I was thrilled to be accompanied by their three adorable cats, adding an extra layer of charm to our stay. The room was clean, neatly organized, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast prepared by the owner. What made our departure even more special was the thoughtful gesture of packing breakfast for us on the day we had to catch an early train. The convenience of having access to drivers associated with the Airbnb made exploring nearby townships a breeze. Located at a very convenient location for our climb to 天都山. The coordinator Xu was really nice, helpful and informative. Introduced us to a good sunrise spot and even offered to help us move our luggage if we were checking out late(though we didn't need it in the end)! Service staff is professional and friendly but with limitations as compared to the other hotel we stayed up in the mountains. Just a little hopeful for more food options in the area so that we are not forced to eat buffet with our small stomach.

Hotel was great - particularly as it's on top of a mountain - and that in itself is special! Costs for everything are expensive but fair considering the location. The room is fairly small (but very functional), you won't need space as you won't have luggage. Room comes with warm jackets and a torch so you don't need to bring those things for a sunset/sunrise. We were in what seemed like a newer block so the interior was modern. Shower was hot and decent. Breakfast and dinner (180 yuan per person) had impressive variety considering everything gets up the mountain on a cable car and then manually carried to the hotel. Location is good as it's next to the Taiping cableway but we walked from the popular Yuping cableway carrying small overnight packs. It is very possible in one day! We descended the next day via the Yungu cableway which was a much easier walk. Note the closest lookout for both is a 20min uphill walk with the path starting from the hotel (and another path for those who aren't staying there.) We saw a spectacular sunset and not much of a sunrise. Both were well worth it but of course you're at the mercy of the weather. Receptionists could speak basic English and will also give you bottles of water and communicate weather and sunset conditions to you via WeChat. If you can't understand Mandarin you can use the translate function in WeChat. Free laundry service too but we didn't use it.

The landlord was very welcoming and helped to carry the luggage to the third floor. The meal was on the first floor. The hostess cooked delicious food and provided breakfast. The room was made of solid wood, environmentally friendly, clean and hygienic, and the toiletries provided were also very good. It provides pick-up and drop-off service to Huangshan, and the environment is very good. It is much more comfortable to soak in the hot springs after coming down from Huangshan at night. There are other places to play around, and there is a camp opposite where children can play. We didn't play more because the children were not feeling well. We will come again next time if we have the chance.

Hotel is located very conveniently near the river and 5 min walk from Tulxi old town. You can get a public bus to/from Huangshan North Railway station. Heater wasn't working but the staff was very accommodating and gave me the portable one. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Will stay again here.

Very unique, the garden scenery inside is great, and the stay is also very comfortable. We walked to Tunxi Old Street, which was very leisurely and took 30 minutes. There are fruit tea and snacks at the front desk, which guests can take by themselves. The children fed the fish and experienced the lacquer fan. The coffee coupons were given, which can be exchanged for freshly squeezed juice, which is very good. Due to the itinerary arrangement, we consulted the pick-up station temporarily, and we tried our best to arrange it. The driver, Xiao Sheng, introduced the scenery of Huangshan endlessly.
