Super location and very nice staff. We ordered an airport pickup to the hotel with the trip app and our driver contacted the hotel to let them know when we arrived so that a staff member could pick us up by the road. Super cozy streets around the hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good, noodles and dumplings. On our second day we asked the staff to recommend a driver to take us to different hot spots and we got a very nice driver at an affordable price. Will definitely stay here again.

We were not too sure what to expect from our first China trip so it was with much relief to receive such warm welcome and care when we reach our accomodation in Tunxi. Not only is our hotel a beautifully well-kept centuries-old heritage building, the service rendered by the staff was the highlight of our trip. They made special arrangements for us to have our breakfast (and it was a awesome breakfast too!) earlier as we were trying to reach Huangshan as early as possible. On our way back, we decided to stay one more night here as my friend was unwell. It felt like we were coming home, when we reached the hotel the second time. The staff even helped us to find a drugstore for us to buy some medicine to treat the stomach upset. My friend was really grateful for help rendered. The location is superb, right inside Tunxi Old Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are quite spacious, especially the bathrooms, which are large and very comfortable to use. It's spotlessly clean and offers fantastic value for money. They even offered complimentary handmade ice jelly and provided a dedicated pick-up service from the station. Parking was also convenient. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing attentive service. In particular, the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, offering detailed reminders and showing genuine care.

Loved this beautiful historic homestay. Clean and neat and beautifully decorated. Welcoming host who spoke great English and comforting breakfast. the second bed was a bit hard for our family that is not used to hard beds, but the other main bed was fine. the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. the location is ideal for exploring the old street

I have stayed in this inn three or four times. I chose it without hesitation this time. The environment is very good and the location is also very good. It is very convenient to walk around the old street. It is also very quiet. I brought my children here this time and they were able to rest well at night. Because there are only me and my child, I booked the smallest room. The waterproofing of the bathroom is not good. The toilet and shower are together. It is not convenient to take a shower. The toilet bowl gets wet when taking a shower. Also, the latest check-out time for booking on Ctrip is 2 o'clock. Because I brought my child with me, I asked the owner and he said that the latest check-out time is 1 o'clock...

Hotel is conveniently located along Tunxi Old St near the main entrance. Staff is very friendly. There are two free to use washer dryers on the 4th floor that were convenient for cleaning my overdue laundry. My room is a bit smaller than expected but comfortable. It was on the 2nd floor facing the rear so noise was minimal despite being nearly at street level. Overall a good experience. Can recommend. Only flaw was that there were no lifts so I had to lug my stuff upstairs and back.

I came to Huangshan with my sister, made a guide in advance, read many reviews, and finally chose this B&B because it is very convenient to be picked up by the high-speed rail! ! ! Facilities: The room facilities are smart and new! Zero-pressure mattress makes sleeping very comfortable! Cleanliness: The room is clean and tidy! ! ! Environment: This is a relatively new B&B! The entire courtyard is full of atmosphere, with restaurants, cafes, gyms, mahjong rooms and laundry rooms! The owner’s intentions are reflected in everything! ! ! Service: What makes me most satisfied is the service! The staff are very welcoming! He planned a travel route for us and explained it in detail, and his attitude was great! The courtyard of this B&B is very large, and the photos are particularly photogenic! Highly recommended! ! ! !

This is one of our favourites villa we have ever stayed in. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful from the start of our holiday and assisted with planning for our 3 nights in Huangshan area. I love how minimalistic the entrance of the villa is, but upon entering the room, we were impressed ny the thoughtful interior design made with high quality materials and furniture. It was extremely spacious as well. Did I mention the view from the window? That was definitely the highlight of the room. I wished I had more time enjoying the villa and now it's on our bucket list to visit this villa again. Our room got upgraded and we are so grateful for that.

The stay was simply exceptional. Not only for the facilities, which were really comparable with modern 4 star hotels, but especially for the exceptional service. Every need was taken care of and the staff went beyond lengths. We made the right choice and gladly return again. Perfect for the old street, the mountain and the old village. Excellent breakfast as well.
