It may be due to the off-season. The room has not been cleaned for a long time. There is a thick layer of dust. Hair is everywhere in the bathroom. The experience is extremely poor. The only advantage is the view of Taiping Lake when the door is opened.

The apartment I originally booked was not this one, but I was notified by Ctrip that the originally booked apartment was full. I was transferred to this apartment. The family room is very large, with an area of ​​100 square meters. The environment near the lake is good, but it will be a bit scary to live with few people. The most "surprising" thing is - I never expected that when a group of 5 people returned to the apartment at night, there was no hot water. His house was not an instant heating type, but a small electric water heater that needed to boil water. He sent a master to come over. I adjusted the water heater and waited from 8 o'clock to 10 o'clock, but no hot water came. Five of us went to bed in a hurry without taking a shower. It was the first time in so many years that we had no hot water at night, and we lost more than 800 yuan. The late room fee is a lightning protection. I will not come again in the future. I advise everyone to keep their eyes open when booking a hotel.

The location of the room is very good, a real lake view room, but the facilities in the room are very poor, especially the bathroom does not have a ventilation fan. The customer service also said that this is how it was delivered by the developer. I am really speechless... The drain in the shower room is blocked, and we agreed to the next day. We arranged for someone to come to repair it, but it was not repaired at all. The shower was still flooded the next night... I cannot comment on the poor management of the entire Greenland Apartment Park. It is not within the capabilities and management of the B&B hotel. It is really a waste of the great mountain view of Taiping Lake. Lake view~

This is the first time I have encountered such a poor accommodation environment. There was a strong stench on the bedside. The refrigerator was moldy and had a strong musty smell. The sheets were still stained and the pillows smelled of old oil.

湖邊的房子不錯哦，陽台正對美麗的太平湖湖面，床品也不錯很軟很舒服，比較適合居家度假，小區門口就有很多餐飲店，還是很方便的，離遊船碼頭開車10分鐘，帶小朋友玩建議就去小區內的水上運動中心，又近玩的東西也多些。

環境不錯，在綠地的小區內，房間正對太平湖很美哈，晚上特安靜，小朋友玩水洗的東西多，管家送來洗衣液，晾衣架還有燒餅，隨叫隨到，感覺很温馨，推薦的餐廳菜也很好吃，就是周邊沒有大超市，買東西不太方便，希望當地可以改善。

設施：比較齊全，還有電磁爐，問管家要了個小鍋，還能煮點東西； 衞生：乾淨，屬於居家型酒店； 環境：環境空氣超好，負氧離子高，自然生態好； 位置：離高速口近，離景區近，坐在床上就可以看到美麗的太平湖； 不足：太平湖整體的配套不行，晚上缺少可玩的娛樂項目，沒有大的超市。
