When checking in, the front desk asked if we wanted a garden-view room or a mountain-view room. We chose the closer one, but ended up getting a west-facing room near the road. It was extremely noisy and sunny. The room wasn't pre-cooled, and the temperature inside was at least 40 degrees Celsius. The room card wasn't an electricity card, and we didn't insert the electricity card in advance, nor did we get one. We didn't dare sit down even with our sleeping child in our arms. The sofas were very hot, and the floor was covered in stains. We returned to the front desk to request a room change, and were given a room further away. For such a large hotel, no one showed us the way. We searched for the room for a long time but couldn't find it, so we returned to the front desk to ask for directions. They took us to the elevator, went upstairs to the room, and found it still wasn't pre-cooled, and there was no electricity card. We called the front desk to report it. After we learned about it, they arrived over ten minutes later to retrieve the electricity card. During this time, our two-year-old woke up from a sleep, drenched in sweat and flushed with sweat. The attendant who brought the card found that the cooling temperature didn't drop after inserting the card, so he offered to change our room for a third time (because the room was completely uninhabitable). The room we were finally given was a normal room with pre-installed cooling, but the cleanliness was very poor. The countertops were dusty and the floor was stained (the attendant said it was indelible). I wanted to make milk for the child that night and asked where I could get some hot water, but there was none. The front desk said there was no hot water, and the restaurant said they also boiled their own water... Such a large hotel doesn't have any hot water? No water dispensers? All the staff in the hotel have to boil their own water? I wanted to give my child a bath and asked for a bath bag, but was told it would cost 10 yuan each... After all the above problems happened, no one came to express apology. All we did was check in, two adults and two children, dragging suitcases, holding bags, and holding a sleeping child. We were just running around for half an hour and still couldn't find a room to rest. Whatever we asked, nothing was available. There was absolutely no service (the water and hair on the floor in the first picture were caused by me, but the stains were on the floor itself. Not only the tiles, but also the floor and carpet were stained).
