Bad review! We spent over 400 yuan to stay in such a bad place. All the facilities were broken and dirty. There was dust everywhere. The service attitude was not very good. It made people feel that they were being ripped off when they came to Huangshan. There was only hot water but no cold water for taking a shower. My trip to Huangshan was terrible from the moment I checked into the hotel.

The room is small and unclean. There was hair on the bed. The air conditioner can't be turned on, it makes a thumping noise like a tractor. I brought my children to climb Huangshan Mountain and they were very tired after a day of fun. I didn't want to change hotels, so I just endured it for the whole night. The air conditioner was making a loud noise in the middle of the night as if it was going to explode. The family room just has a massage bed and a quilt.
