It was a very clean and nice place to stay. The night view outside the window was so beautiful. I will book this hotel again next time.

Loved the traditional and modern feel of the hotel. Service was impeccable, and they even upgraded our rooms so that our rooms were side by side. Sadly, it rained the whole time we were there, and the kids did not manage to use the pool.
Convenient location with lots of eateries nearby and Tunxi Old Street was about 10 mins walk away.

The stay was simply exceptional. Not only for the facilities, which were really comparable with modern 4 star hotels, but especially for the exceptional service. Every need was taken care of and the staff went beyond lengths. We made the right choice and gladly return again. Perfect for the old street, the mountain and the old village. Excellent breakfast as well.

The overall experience is awesome! The hotel breakfast is fantastic and memorable as traditional local food are provided too.
Let the taxi driver see the chinese name of the hotel as the name is quite common.

The location is quite tricky as there are 2 similar hotel names so you need to pick the correct one for the taxi. The shower temperature was difficult to adjust and ended up hot all the time. When we came back late, no one answered the entrance and we were stuck waiting. In the positive side, the staff does appear trying their best to meet our needs.
