帶小孩子來黃山玩的，看我小孩還小，免費貼心的給我升級了大床，酒店位置很好，離高速口近，離黎陽老街也近，酒店停車場也很大，停車方便。行李員大叔還貼心的幫我把行李送至房間，帶娃經常丟三落四，手機充電器忘帶，客房還送來了無線充電器，解我燃眉之急。房間設施好，床軟硬適中，空調製熱快，沒噪音，睡覺很安靜，熱水即開即有，夜景很漂亮，全景落地窗視野很好，房間很大。上半夜小孩子有點不舒服，前台小葉及時的為我們提供温度計，中途還進房間關心併為我們提供温開水很暖心，服務真的是周到，才使得我們的這次出行如此順利，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

朋友推薦訂的，果然沒有失望。入住前酒店前台提前與我聯繫到店時間，前台小姐姐很有耐心地回答我各種問題，得知我是軍人後，還特地對房間進行了主題佈置，走進房間的那一刻很温馨很感動。酒店的設施設備很完善，在酒店大廳的負一樓還有健身房和棋牌室，環境很好，房間內空調是全新的，出熱水的速度也很快，床品很整齊乾淨，到店時間稍晚了些，客房服務員還貼心的安排了夜床服務，早上起來還能步行到江邊散散步，很近，超滿意的一次入住體驗，真的物超所值。

1、訂的江景房，沒有江景。申訴了才換到江景房
2、沒有熱水，申訴説客人太多要分開時間洗，晚上沒洗，第二天早晨還是冷的
3、來檢修熱水，敲門不待應答就進來。廁所正對着門，我在廁所裏，你説尷尬不尷尬？
4、第二天早上，大家吃飯退房，電梯開一個，這個電費真會省，我們客人就是痴痴的等
5、到九點的早餐，八點半就沒有了。
如果沒有接待大量的客户的能力，那就量力而行。同聚樓，以為是個品牌，結果沒想到“金玉其外敗絮其中”

員工服務周到入微, 細節之處盡顯關懷, 讓人倍感温馨，看到我帶了個孩子，立馬多送了一套洗漱用品，還給我們贈送了早餐券體驗。房間明亮，衞生乾淨整潔雅緻，房內花灑水量很大，正好洗去一身疲憊，很舒服。晚上打開窗户，黃山夜景盡收眼底，沉醉其中。下次旅行, 我還會選擇這家酒店。

臨時去黃山，路上定的酒店，大堂很氣派，可能山區原因，一進房間濕冷，被子感覺濕冷，用吹風機吹熱，晚上還是比較冷，我被子上面搭了厚衣服，感覺酒店有點點舊，其它都還不錯
