Ms. Huang Xinghua was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was a great choice for sunrise and sunset viewing.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay, I could not recommend more. I was welcomed in immediately and brought right to my room by the very friendly front desk staff. They showed me the room including the complementary warm jackets for sunset and sunrise and flashlight. The staff was then available to help me with anything I needed and provide recommendations, such as where to go for sunrise, what time sunrise was at, and informing me of a show taking place in the lobby. All the while providing service with a smile and helping with translations. This area is breathtaking and the mountains are otherworldly, if you make a trip out here I urge you to stay at the Baiyun Hotel!

We had an amazing experience at baiyun hotel. Xiao Ye helped us seeing the sunset and sunrise, and even gave us a free upgrade! She was always there if we needed anything, and the hotel supplied us with everything we needed for our hiking.

This is the best, reasonably priced hotel on the mountain. The service was excellent especially when we arrived and asked for double bed not two singles, they provided water while we waited 15mins. The dinner and breakfast had a lot of choices, it was tasty and so we would recommend booking with both dinner and breakfast included. Building A is the one to book if you can, building B is a 5 minute walk downhill. The rooms are tired but comfortable and they provide a foot bath to soak your tired legs and down jackets to wear to view sunrise and sunset. It is close to the highest point on the mountain so there is a lot of walking uphill to get there, but the position is the good for the other walks. Great hotel. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The toilet was equipped with an electric seat. They also had jackets for us to use when going out for the sunset/sunrise. The manager was very kind and tried to help us. The breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose from. If we have a chance to come back we'll probably come back here again.

Baiyun hotel is located in the middle of Huangshan mountain. We had a comfortable stay here. The hotel staff, Ms Xiao Yang, is very sympathetic and friendly, giving us good advices and travel information during our stay. The hotel provides a lot of snacks and water before our departure on the next day. Even a free tasty coffee and milk tea after breakfast. The buffet dinner and breakfast is a lot of varieties and very delicious! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our stay in the Hotel was amazing. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The hike up to the bright peak is only 15 minutes to watch a beautiful sunrise. Breakfast is rich and varied.
Our stay was especially wonderful because of the kind service provided by Xiao Yang. She was always available and very helpful to us and answered all of our many questions. She is an excellent hotel employee!
