We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Monica at the front desk.
Monica went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. She was always available to answer our questions and helped to book trips, tickets etc for attractions in the area. Her friendly personality and genuine care for our experience truly made a difference. A big thank you to Monica for making our stay so exceptional!

This hotel should be the best hotel in Tunxi Old Street. The room design is very fashionable, the decoration is very new, the environment is very elegant, and the sanitary environment is very good. I would like to especially mention the customer service lady. She confirmed with us three times before check-in. She was very patient and thoughtful. After check-in, she upgraded our room type for free and provided free breakfast. Thank you so much. Next time I have a chance to go, I will definitely book the Butterfly Orchid Hotel again.
