酒店位置緊鄰黃山火車站，更是離屯溪老街僅僅兩個路口，四周飯館鄰里林立，茶葉批發零售店眾多，實在是個交通便利，位置卓越的酒店！
房間安排十分滿意，窗户寬大，視野清晰，衞生間乾淨，還有浴缸，床鋪軟硬舒適。
入住時前台更是附贈精美禮品，外加餐券三份，十分貼心！

實話實説，酒店各種設施比較陳舊，與之前住的四星酒店相比，差距還是有的，衞生環境比較一般，地毯有發黴的味道，放置物品的玻璃台很臟，住了兩天都沒有人擦，下次選擇肯定會更慎重一些

地處市區中心，整個城市看起來比較暗色，但設施老舊，裝修有一定年限，感覺要一點酶味，服務一般。地下庫停車比較擠。早餐品種尚可。

相當不錯，乾淨、衞生、整潔，早餐質量高，地理位置也很好，唯一的問題是面盆水嘴出水量太小，不過我總體滿意，這個就不扣分兒了。

前台服務可以説是非常的業餘，早飯非常一般。性價比是高的。但是不管多少錢的房間我覺得總歸還是服務業，基本的素養還是要有的吧，客觀講：整個感覺比較差。

隔音很差，隔壁房間七點起床去爬山，説話聲聽的清清楚楚

總體較好，但晚上有蚊子，這季節蚊蟲較多，建議每個房間配備蚊香液等，方便住客自用，這樣就考慮更周到了些。

房間很乾凈，温馨舒適寧靜，設施齊全，還有贈送的瓶裝水，早餐質量好，豐富多樣，尤其是前台兩位美女服務員服務態度非常好，素質很高，熱情耐心周到，很有親切感，讓客人感到賓至如歸，是一流的服務水準！兩位前台美女服務員的優質服務吸引許多客人繼續在這住宿，我們就是本想住一宿後去別的地方去住，在兩位美女服務員的熱心服務下而沒有走，繼續續費住在這裏。謝謝酒店培養出來這麼優秀的員工。保持榮譽，繼續努力！
