MisooHi Hotel

First of all, I must say that this review is absolutely true and sincere, and I take full responsibility for it! After more than a decade of traveling, this is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The hotel is located right next to Tunxi Old Street. Finding a quiet spot on a hilltop in the heart of the city is no easy feat, but they've managed to turn it into such a beautiful B&B. It's also quite new, spotlessly clean, and has a large pool. The kids were absolutely delighted! The water is incredibly clean, and they've thoughtfully provided swimming rings and water play equipment. Upon arrival, four or five staff members immediately attended to you, rushing to retrieve your luggage from your car, get you water, and get the kids in to cool off. The room was also incredibly quiet. Although the pool is right outside the door on the first floor, there's no sound once the door is closed, completely dispelling our initial concerns about noise levels. When we asked for a pool chair to be brought into the room for our child to use as a bed, the staff immediately prepared a blanket. Check-out was scheduled for 12 noon, but the kids insisted on playing in the water a little longer, and they were happy to help us out. Having several people serve us upon arrival, and someone offered us water upon departure, it was a truly wonderful experience! So, at this point in my life, I'd definitely call this the best hotel experience I've ever had. Of course, it's not just the environment; the people and service are even more important!

從入住到退房全程被温暖到！前台辦理高效，還主動升級了房型，房間裏準備的當地特產小零食超戳心。中途不小心弄臟了毛巾，聯繫客房後幾分鐘就送來了新的，工作人員全程笑臉相迎，完全沒有距離感。這樣的服務，下次來這座城市還選這裏！

這地方真是讓我舒適。衞生方面沒得挑，池水清澈見底，池底瓷磚縫都乾乾淨淨，光腳走一圈，腳底一點都不臟。拖鞋都是消毒過的，穿着放心。設備設施很到位，最讓我驚訝的是小愛智能語音控制。躺在躺椅上喊一聲“小愛同學，調燈光”，整個泳區的燈光就慢慢變暗；喊“放點音樂”，輕柔的爵士樂就飄來了。連噴泉高度都能語音控制，科技感十足又不失人情味。夜晚的泳池簡直是攝影天堂。水底燈一亮，整個池子像塊發光的藍寶石，水面波紋把燈光打碎又重組，隨手一拍都是大片。靠在池邊拍背影，燈光在水面蕩漾，朋友圈點贊能爆。早餐也超出預期，不是那種敷衍的自助。現煮的麪條熱氣騰騰，水果新鮮得滴水，咖啡香濃。拿下來一樓坐在池邊，看着晨光中的泳池，慢慢享用早餐，真是愜意。這地方，值回房價。
