The hotel is bit far away from the main transfer station, even though they provide transfer to the transfer station in the morning and evening. You will have to walk a bit for accessing good restaurants.
The behavior of the staff was generally good, but communication was an issue with me being a foreigner.
One issue was that the person cleaning my room didn't clean the floor properly.

帶着父母來黃山玩，選擇了這家酒店，結果全家都讚不絕口！ 首先對長者來説，位置太友好了，完全不折騰。老闆和店員都像家人一樣，看我們帶着長者，主動幫忙提行李，詢問身體狀況，還給我們推薦了更輕鬆休閑的遊覽路線。 酒店氛圍很安靜，晚上休息得很好。爸媽特別喜歡房間的位置，説看着山景什麼煩惱都沒了。 這次旅行因為選擇了對的酒店而更加完美，謝謝你們的照顧！祝生意興隆！謝謝晚上接待我們的吳姐和蔣姐！

房間面積很小，床幾乎是貼着衞生間的牆，半夜還能聽到樓上下水的聲音，一晚上沒怎麼休息好，並且馬桶刷得不乾淨，有陳年尿垢，馬桶坐下會濺水到屁股上。
辦入住時前台告知第二天最早送南大門換乘中心的車是六點開始，要提前下樓等，我們害怕人多，5:45就提前下樓等了，一直到六點過了還是沒有動靜，前台和一名師傅一直在統計去北大門上山的客人，後來問前台去南大門的什麼時候能走，前台讓“等一下，現在去南大門衹有你倆”，又過了一會去找前台，還是讓等一下，我有點生氣了，和前台理論了幾句，前台不情不願拿起對講機找師傅，直到快六點15師傅還沒來，最後才得知要自己出去找師傅，關鍵是我們遊客哪裡知道你們的師傅是誰，又沒有貼牌子，還以為是像送去北門的一樣在大廳等就好了，能理解接送需要成本，如果嫌人少不想送，可以提前告知，我自己打車過去也不至於在前台等半小時，半小時走路都到南大門換乘中心了
