這次住店體驗特別驚喜，必須誇誇酒店的問題處理速度！入住後發現空調有點小故障，聯繫前台後，及時處理了。這種高效又貼心的服務真的太加分了，完全沒影響到行程安排，反而讓人覺得特別安心。能感覺到酒店在服務響應上確實下了功夫，下次來還住這兒！

酒店就在太平湖碼頭附近，去坐船遊湖比較方便，周邊小超市，小飯店都有… 酒店設施比較新，衞生還可以，七樓有個觀景平台，可以俯視太平湖…隔音還好，周邊也沒有很多車經過…房間有冰箱，夏天去可以冷藏礦泉水…唯一的小建議，洗浴間可以加個掛衣服的繩子，洗澡的時候不方便放毛巾… 前台接待很熱情，給了遊覽建議，每次見到小朋友都會打招呼，退房送了一小盒伴手禮… 早餐在一樓，東西種類挺全的，餐廳外面還有個小滑滑梯，適合帶小朋友玩。

酒店裝修很現代化，服務周到，七樓有露台可以看風景。酒店離旅遊碼頭很近，送了遊船票。 地面停車場很大，車位充足，停車方便。特來電充電樁在酒店邊上，40kw快充衹有一個，其餘7kw。

太平湖酒店較少，幾乎全是民宿，民宿品質參差不齊，還是住酒店比較安心，最終定了漫心府，完全達到預期，到的當天大雨，有人幫忙打傘和提行李，對房間朝向不滿意溝通後也立刻進行了調換，走的時候還贈送了伴手禮，服務挺不錯~ 酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生。一樓有漢服體驗區，小童玩樂區，還有休閑區，裝修設計還是很用心的；二樓有健身房洗衣房烘鞋器，對大雨天去的客人真的太友好了，唯一就是烘鞋器無人管理有點混亂，要是可以協助烘乾再送送回房間就更好了。 最好的是酒店除了自助早餐，還有午餐晚餐提供，價格跟外面飯店差不多，味道也很不錯～很適合不知道吃哪家的糾結患者！
