老闆很熱情周到，民宿房間衞生乾淨，樓下飯店菜品都很不錯，尤其是當地特色菜很美味，老闆還耐心解答各類遊玩攻略疑問，超級贊！

1.房間很好，並沒有説隔音不好那些
2.服務好，而且接送站，是自家房子所以乾淨衞生
3.樓下雖然是自己家的飯店，但是價格便宜實惠（正常價格沒有加），而且味道超級好，老闆以前可能是大廚
4.房間在高鐵站旁邊，十分方便，而且景色好，去其他地方老闆約車也不收錢
5.樓下有自己經營賣水零食，和普通超市一個價格，還有爬山棍子這些，十分方便，不用外出尋找和砍價

出了黃山北站出站口左轉，找到下穿鐵道的函洞，出了函洞左轉30米即是，總共步行10分鐘左右。
老闆不善言辭，但有問必答。可能客人不多的緣故，直接給了三樓窗口向外的大床房，房間夠大！設定夠了，衞生很好。窗外直接看到黃山北站站台。高鐵十一點多就沒車次了，不會影響休息。
一樓是自家餐廳，晚上到了本來不餓，看到有學生在吃飯，就來了份香菇肉片蓋澆飯22元，手藝不錯、味道很好很有鍋氣味！早上來了碗筍乾麪15元味道也還行。
50米範圍內，有多家民宿，還有1家旅行社，還有早上有去黃山的大巴、麪包車，即刻買票即刻上車，去黃山單程35元行駛約50分鐘。
距離西溪南河邊2.8公里步行40分鐘。

房間寬敞明亮舒適，高鐵在就在眼前，交通十分方便，房間衞生乾淨，夜間非常安靜，老闆夫妻是一對誠實守信，熱情好客的好人，會幫我們聯繫去黃山風景區的車子，價格便宜。在在一樓三餐吃飯。老闆娘手藝不錯
