GreenTree Inn Express Hotel

Hotel was truly excellent. Beautiful and clean room, nice hot water. The only negative was the passive aggressive attitude of the young female lady at the front counter. When I didn't reply to her message about checkout time (because I didn't read it until 1.30pm as I was busy hiking in Huangshan) she made a snide (passive aggressive remark) on Wexin chat about removing my personal items! I apologised for forgetting about the checkout time but I found her attitude is totally unacceptable. The following day I sent her a message (1 or 2 hours in advance) to cancel the pre-arranged shuttle bus at 7:30am and to inform that I was walking to the other bus station. And her reply was "......."! Unbelievable. Please find a replacement staff as this person has a toxic personality that hurts the reputation of this otherwise excellent hotel. On the other hand, the lady managing the store and kitchen were a pleasure to deal with.

It was next to one of the bus centres, very convenient. There were bugs in my room but it was not a major issue. Service was excellent, ladies at the service counter and the restaurant below were very helpful in recommending routes up the mountain.

I was a little lost after reaching tangkouzhen via the bus from Huangshan bei station. The hotel arranged a car to pick me to the hotel. After which, they helped to store my large luggage while I go on to climb yellow mountain. At the end of my trip in yellow mountain, they helped me arrange a shared ride to my next destination. Happy with the services rendered. Thank you.

Very convenient location, just next to the nanmen admission gates literally. There is a convenience shop and a restaurant within the building. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. You can ask other restaurants or foot massage operators to pick and send back with just a phone call.

The hotel is located in very nice location the staff is awesome they help you to get a car or the route map to Huangshan part and anything you need food is good try their Vege food it’s just outstanding .
