GGuest UserTongren visited and stayed at Xiyue Hotel, located 20 meters west of Jiade Cordyceps City in Huangnan, an extension of Yingbin Avenue, Hu Township, Niandu, Tongren. The front desk staff is professional, enthusiastic and patient; the room is clean and bright, but the sun is very hot on the sunny side; the bed is clean and comfortable, and the quilt is too thick and it is very hot; the bathroom is dry and wet, the water temperature and pressure are moderate, and the water outlet and drainage are smooth; parking is convenient and fast Charging station; breakfast is good.

Kkarach2005Nice, clean hotel. Easy parking. But it was very noisy all day long from construction on a river bed next to the hotel and on high rise apartments across from the hotel. I suggest you ask for a room on the side of the building away from construction.

GGuest UserI personally prefer bathing in the bathtub🛀. I booked a Yijing twin room. I originally thought that the rooms in Zhouxian County would not be that clean. After checking in, I found that the hotel was very clean😌, with new sheets and quilt covers, and free mineral water. The most important thing is to drink boiled water. GGuest UserThe overall environment of the hotel is pretty good. But friends who are light sleepers should choose carefully. Before I saw it, someone commented that there were motorcycle gangs on the street in the middle of the night. When I arrived at the store, I deliberately chose one not facing the street. However, if you sleep on a motorcycle wearing soundproof earplugs in the middle of the night, you can still hear uninterrupted sounds. And because the military area is next door to the place that is not facing the street, all kinds of charging horns are sounded early in the morning, and the loudspeakers are loudspeaker every now and then. At seven or eight o'clock, there were various check-out attendants' intercoms with various sounds. Although the room is not big, it is okay and the complex is quite clean. It’s a prudent choice for light sleepers.

GGuest UserA really special find! I had a hunch when I first saw images of this place on Trip. It is more of a new-age boutique inn, not often seen, than standard accomodation.
Owners deserve credit for its thoughtful ”funky” design - which must have taken a considerable investment. Noted that CCTV had visited.
A range of accommodations is offered. Mine had a narrow, metal spiral staircase (steep for some) winding up to bedroom with sofa and washroom - and a balcony. Very comfortable.
Staff offer dinner menu with private cozy cubicles with local themed decor. Perhaps pricey for some, but fanguan selection elsewhere is tricky for outsiders.
My only caveat = Though the name describes the setting well, Trip's Location map on the second check-in page is off by 400 meters - awkward for outsiders on foot or with language challenges.
Owners spoke enough English, and were very helpful to me, though staffers struggled linguistically - very understandable really.
I'd gladly visit again - if it were easier.
