The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. First of all, the room was dimly lit. When I was taking a shower, I found a small bill on the lower right corner of the mirror. Everything was charged, including toothbrushes, shower gel, and shampoo. Even towels had to be washed. The most outrageous thing was that the sheets, quilts, and pillows all had to be washed. I laughed. Do I have to sleep on the floor when I book a hotel? Doesn't my room rate include the quilt? I called Ctrip customer service to complain, and they told me that the disposable items in the vending machine were charged. I wanted to laugh. Your vending machine only sells adult products. How can such a small vending machine sell quilt covers, sheets, and pillows? Find a better excuse. It's just to cheat the silent guests. If they make a fuss, they won't charge.
