設施：陳舊，衞生間馬桶漏水，無水沖馬桶，水箱浮球壞了。漏水吵得人整夜不能睡，衹有關掉水閥

服務：差，服務員態度差。説要七十歲的長者半夜去上公共洗手間，我們要求換掉房間，説客滿。這樣的酒店能往嗎？

完全應該讓尚一特打假，房間裏連燒水壺都沒有，牙具僅有一個，晚上使用後早上沒有辦法使用了，空調連掃風口也沒有，温度也不能調整，體驗太差，連招待所也不如。
