我付了254元單間換了184元的標準間找了前台溝通無果，酒店方推給平台，平台加了微信不回，很糾結以後要不要在網上訂房。我住的房間沒空調沒窗户，味道比較重，衞生可能是人手不夠，夠差！

吐槽攜程：不知道為啥攜程標註的含早，酒店過年期間沒有早餐，幸虧我提前問過酒店，酒店也退了差價，因為帶着孩子旅行，沒有早餐，孩子鬧了很久。
吐槽店家：房間裏的清單上寫了小瓶水收費，導致我們開了大瓶水（也收費），後來退房才知道小瓶水不收費，房間的清單該調整調整了。
房間是地暖，空間很大，夜裡到了感覺很暖和，遠遠望去看着燈光還是蠻好看的，很有特色的窯洞房。

乾淨整潔，很温暖，非常安靜，失眠的我居然能深睡，特別好的一次窯洞體驗。早餐很美味，小米粥很香很香，老闆以及前台服務非常熱情周到，我落下東西，老闆和貼心的給我發了快遞，太別美好！

還好吧，房間乾淨，佈局合理，能看得見對面的青山和藍天白雲，還能體會住窯洞房的樂趣。不足之處有三，一是附近吃飯不大方便，要步行900米左右到城裡去；二是到房間要走台階，對腿腳不便的人來説不是好選擇；三是wifi信號不穩定。
