酒店位置不錯，就在遺愛湖邊。附近有東坡外灘，吃飯還是比較方便的。酒店整體感覺是簡約型的，大堂和餐廳很小，早餐品種不多。房間視野開闊，湖景很美。酒店維護還有待提高。

整體來説還行，湖景房視野很好，可能是天氣太熱的原因也沒法站在陽台上欣賞風景，但陽台衞生需要加強都有很多蜘蛛網了

從大青甘環駕八千公里回程途經黃岡，因為湖景而吸引，入住了這家酒店。
可能是周邊整體人氣較差，即使是週六，酒店中也鮮見其他客人，包括八點多早餐時，也幾乎沒見其他住客。
就硬件設施等來看，酒店偏會所酒店，除了湖景，客房裝修和風格不錯，空間也夠大，但可能因為人氣比較弱，在客房清掃清理方面有所欠缺，晚上正準備泡上一壺茶，打開房間內的茶壺，發現裏面還留有泡過的茶葉未清理，頓時沒了心情沏茶賞窗外湖景了。

我覺得這酒店入住很不值呀，首先這個價格，攜程應該是大數據殺熟了，明明線下與其他朋友的號看過了更便宜，如果要住可以前台詢問，價格更美麗，接下來入住環境，我覺得設施一般般，我定的是二樓湖景陽台雙床，房間有點老舊，雙床弄一個浴缸？感覺多餘！牆壁有一些已經老化發黑了，床單有些已經破了，忘記拍了，還有那個所謂的湖景，太坑，晚上陽台摘不到燈在哪裡開，黑黑的，更坑的是白天，我一大早想感受一下，湖景啥的，一出去，湖上好多死魚翻身，掃興呀，最後就是早餐，很簡單的早餐，沒幾樣東西，吃飽水平吧，感覺這次入住很失望，台服務還行吧！還有想起一點，就是房間放TT賣的酒店好嗎？吧枱上的東西就貼個小小的價格標簽，不提示一下這樣好嗎？

酒店位置緊靠遺愛湖、東坡外灘商圈內，但是現在東坡外灘似乎商業沒成氣候，有些破敗感。
房間內的設施比較完備，空間也比較大，浴缸特別大，兩人泡沒問題。
衞生，第一天泡了後，明顯第二天沒保潔時沒弄，還有泥在崗壁上，一大片，無語。
早餐比較簡單，有當地比較特色的麪食，小菜少了些。
還有前台接待不怎麼熱情，進門不招呼，純純辦理入住業務。
安全性上，有多處門可以進酒店，沒有安保人員，可以隨意進出。半夜還有人在酒店內隨意喧嘩。

洗澡的時候發現放的兩瓶洗髮水，走的時候房間發現多出來一衹拖鞋，衞生質量堪憂，其他的不用説了，唯一有點特色就是房間在負一樓，有臨水樓台

應該算是我住過最差的酒店了，不説別的真的特別吵，走廊裏一直有人開開關關門，而且是不停的那種，而且跑來跑去聲音特別大，我睡不着孩子也睡不着。當天晚上我就已經打電話給前台我説都12點多了能不能讓走廊裏的人聲音小一點，前台講她會去看看，但是我看是沒有任何的效果。另外一點我們入住的時候前台再給一對夫妻推薦一個會員卡之類的東西，我們等了很久他也沒有衹言半語説不好意思之類的。
