The child needs an extra bed in the suite, and the customer service is free! I passed by Macheng during the Chinese New Year and was very satisfied with my stay. I also had enough fireworks.

I brought my baby to Nanwudang skiing on Friday. The location is very close to Nanwudang ski resort and not far from nearby Tiantangzhai and other attractions. And it far exceeded our expectations. When I came, the boss upgraded the room. The public area of the hotel is very large. There are also many places and facilities for children to play. The room is also very clean. I want to find a homestay with a swimming pool and find this one. It should be a newly built homestay, with more than a dozen rooms and a restaurant, all private rooms. It is great to be able to swim and stay between mountains and rivers. The restaurants are all original ecological farm dishes and taste good.
The Mid-Autumn Festival activities in the homestay are very rich, with moon cakes, lanterns, and fireworks. There is also ktv in the bar, which can be sang for one hour for free, and the song library is relatively new. It is better if there is a private room.
The decoration style of the homestay is more retro, there are some decorations deliberately made old, more special, there is a Labrador dog in the homestay.

AAiqingbabaVery good experience. I just passed by Yingshan and saw a hot spring sign on the highway. I was tired from driving and just wanted to find a hot spring hotel to stay for one night. I didn't expect that after checking in, the front desk lady upgraded the room type. Seeing that I brought children, she gave me a small gift and introduced the local specialties very carefully. There was no one in the hot spring children's playground area. When I told the child that the playground was not open because there was no one, the service staff immediately turned on the power and opened the children's playground for the three of us. The child was very happy. At 5 pm, I wanted to take some photos of the outdoor hot spring at night for the child, so I asked the service staff when to turn on the lights. I was told that it was 6:30, but then the lights in the outdoor hot spring area were all lit up immediately. I was very moved. The big brother at the counter who rented the swimming ring was very enthusiastic and inflated our own swimming ring for free. The breakfast was also very rich. It was a very unexpected and touching night. If it weren't for the time, I would definitely stay for another day.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean. The young lady from Tianjin at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The pagoda park was a few tens of meters away from the door. It only cost 6 yuan to take a taxi from Chibi Dongpo. There was a bus to Huanggang West Station at the door. In short, it was very convenient.

We were allowed for late check out at 3pm.
The only negative feedback is that ventilation from the hotel rooms are not good enough.
I booked 3 rooms, only 1 of the room got aircon with cold air, the other 2 rooms are very hot 🔥.
Was told by the staff that they are using central aircon system which provides warm as it is winter now.
The room was so hot until the kids cannot fall asleep. The technician checked but unable to solve the issue.
We have to open the window and let cold air come in.

Would have been better if I had known upfront before arriving that the hotel is on National park grounds, and that you need a ticket to get past the front gate to get to the hotel. And that was an extra expense. The beds are a bit hard for my liking. Also, I needed to cut my visit short, but the Jose Steph said that since I’ve booked through Trip.com then I couldn’t get refunded for my unused days.
