房間簡直太好了 21號定的房間 23號來結果説房間給別人了 就算人家續房 人家來住的時候不會提前跟人家説23號不能續房嗎 不會説23號已經預訂了啊 去了之後前台人還説客人續房你們也沒辦法 房間連個梳子都沒有 本來看着是新開的酒店 這樣一看 什麼都不如

房間衞生乾淨整潔，是一家值得信任和好評的酒店！客房大姐熱情有求必應。前台小姐姐美麗大方，還免費贈送水果，最開心的是免費洗衣房和烘乾機，我的羽絨襖子洗過用吹風機冷風吹兩下就可以穿了💃

288的標間平日價在潢川這個縣城算是最貴的吧？既然價格天花板，各種條件也要對得起這個價格吧？
作為一年有一半時間出差的人，我覺得這個價格對於這個客房實在不敢恭維。
1.客房檢修口沒有蓋子，能看到頂上的大洞
2.房間空調打不開，外地來的朋友凍了一晚上，反映給老闆和前台，沒有得到實質性的解決。
3.外面很吵，主要是窗户外的機器聲音噪聲極大，關了窗也沒有用。
以前住金桂，金桂最貴，金桂房間開關線路都是錯的，房門隔音太差，也是勉強住，沒有運營。有個連鎖的格林豪泰，住進去的感受才知道是貼標。
剛開的華英，回去試了一下，也不過如此。
