首先這家酒店有非常好的設計感，可見酒店方的品位不錯。其次酒店的硬件設施和軟件設施都很好，都是品牌的，智能馬桶非常舒服方便，洗浴用品都是相當不錯，並不是小品牌！還有床墊軟硬程度相當合適，都是羽絨枕頭，完全是星級標準！2、酒店服務超好，前台不同時間段值班的小姐姐都很有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來都會用機器人幫忙給送上去！東西落下了都會第一時間致電通知客人！3、客房人員房間衞生打掃的非常乾淨，連頭髮絲都看不到，續住的衞生也是按退房的標準來打掃，這點很滿意，講究的人都挑不出毛病！

説下體驗
1、入住前我説儘量安排一下高層房間，給安排了7樓，因為前台説了句什麼忘了，就沒要7樓換到了6樓，結果進房間房型不對版，我就問前台為什麼跟前台不一樣，前台直接反問我不是不想住7樓嗎？我是不想住7樓，但是安排的房型不對版是我的問題嗎？
2、早餐是外包的，吃自助的就不能吃熱乾麪及他們所謂的胡辣湯，二選一。
3、晚上大半夜唱歌的真是吵，能持續到9點。
4、入住前看圖片還可以，到店問跟尚客優什麼區別，告知我比尚客優等級高，進到房間後感覺還不如尚客優。
5、離店時我的東西落到他們店裡了，隔天想起來給前台打電話，問都沒問直接告訴我，沒有落東西，如果有物品遺失當天就會電話聯繫，過了一會告知我確實把物品落到他們那裡了。
6、我去酒店取東西，還是入住那天那個前台，我説來取落下的物品，前台問我是什麼，我看到桌子上擺着，就告知相應的物品就是我的，結果她一臉嫌棄，還白愣我，***更年期吧你，我都懶得搭理你！
7、就這前台，就這服務態度，倒找錢我都不會再去！

房間乾淨，前台小姐姐和打掃阿姨服務態度很好，早餐很豐盛，前台還有糖果，菊花茶，有免費洗衣機，還有免費停車場，酒店位置不錯，出行也方便，比較幽靜，特別特別好的酒店，環境特別乾淨，住的也安心，退房時間也延長了，總體很滿意，下次還會來住[強][強][強]
