前台很差勁 什麼都不會 放卡一遍一遍刷不開 還需要自己跑上跑下讓她刷房卡 態度還非常差 沒有服務意識 還非常橫 自己是幹前台的 不做好自己的工作 需要好好培訓一下了 打掃衞生大姐都比你前台服務意識要強
衞生：很臟 電梯八百年都不清潔 拖把全是尿味 還託客房 每天需要催着打掃衞生 住了五六天 每天要催三四遍打掃衞生才給打掃 還很不情願 每天要催前台 見過最差的前台就是在你們酒店 真的是一點意識沒有 再不好好培訓 遲早要倒閉 ！ 在前台價格跟網上價格不一樣 網上價格跟前台差很多 前台要的會比網上貴 還會一直讓辦會員卡 總之前台管事兒的跟不管事兒的都沒有任何的服務意識 太差勁 給你0.5分都嫌多 趕緊好好整頓吧

首先剛剛入住，名字報給前台，前台查不到訂單，我不知道什麼原因查不到，攜程裏面是顯示預訂成功的。第二點，那個電梯，半天不上來半天不下來，在樓道等個電梯，運氣不好最起碼要5-10分鐘，一點不誇張（急性子不要選擇這家就對了），那個衞生能説嗎，有衞生嗎？床頭櫃上面全是灰，放衣服都沒法放，椅子還要自己擦一下才能再用，接近200的房間就這樣嗎，格林旗下的盜版品牌嗎？一點服務沒有就不説了，畢竟住的不是5星級酒店，但是200的價位也不應該是這樣吧？阿姨服務都比前台好很多，辦理入住前台兩個人，有一個不知道是經理還是什麼的，那個臉，跟我欠她錢了一樣，真是有夠離譜的，圖片都刪完了

第一次來信陽，這裏的人很熱情。酒店大户新開開業，有智能化系統，回到房間請小度播放音樂很放鬆。房間挺大，就是在電梯旁邊有點吵。

條件設施非常好，住的也很舒心，我們的箱子走的時候忘在了店門口的路邊，工作人員一直熱心的幫助查監控找，那裡是個監控死角，遺憾的是最終也沒找到，但是店裡麪的工作人員的熱心幫忙，在此表示感謝。下次在來這邊，一定還住這裏
