Advantages 3. I thought there were so many tenants, it should be a bit noisy, but wrong, soundproofing is very good! Advantages 4, opposite is Qixingtan, walk for five minutes, it is super convenient! Advantages 5, the first floor cafe has free coffee and refreshments, very good to send children! Advantages 6. There is a viewing balcony on the top floor. It should have a view of more than 180 degrees, right? You can also see warplanes rushing up the sky, so hi! After check in, there are still some small ideas for reference: First, the lobby on the first floor is very clean, the cafe is very clean, must be the result of hard staff cleaning! But it is strange that the public toilet on the first floor is not big, but the toilet trash can is full of toilet paper (all full to the floor) but no one cleans it. Is it strange? Second, before check-in, everyone said that the service staff here is very enthusiastic, ㄟ...... is not bad! But I didn't feel the enthusiasm! When I checked in, the counter lady gave me a formal explanation (I looked up at them, no smile!) The next morning I went to borrow my bike and the gentleman asked me to fill in the information with a straight face! At last, when I checked out, I pushed a 27-pack full of suitcases and two full backpacks into the heavy front door of the hall. The counter lady looked at me and said, ”Be careful on the way! There is no meaning to help me push the door open at all, let alone help me push it to the car! So are the service staff enthusiastic? I don't know! Maybe I am less gratifying haha! I still recommend it to everyone!

Stayed one night, booked the package including access to marine park with breakfast. Arrived at 1330 and took the last free bus iMR 1400 to the marine park and spent a few hours watching the sea lion and dolphins. Back to the hotel to the room with fantastic with sea views. Hotel is huge, outdoor swimming pool was closed but great space to walk around and admire the sunset over the sea or back towards the mountains and Hualien city. Good buffet breakfast, busy but well organised - would definitely recommend for families with children.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and pocket friendly. The location is quite strategic. There are many restaurants in the vicinity so you don't have to worry about going hungry. This hotel also provides some snacks & drinks in the lobby which you can enjoy all day from 09⁰⁰ - 22⁰⁰. The customer service is also friendly, it's just a bit difficult to communicate. I chose a standard room but the facilities are complete (AC, mini fridge, hairdryer, hot water maker, toiletries, clothes hanger). I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Hualien. Recommended!

The pool is biggest ever tried in Taiwan, kid is having fun. The facility is impressed after renovation, but few things can be improved; 1. The buffet restaurant is small, easily overfull and took long line to get in on peak hours. 2. The bed is too hard, this is quit disappointed, it seems to me the bed was not upgrade during the room renovation. V

There are roadside parking grids and business districts nearby, not bad, there is a famous barbecue restaurant downstairs, it is really delicious 😋 If you are an accommodation ordered on the website, the hotel does not have parking spaces and you must find your own parking method. There are parking lots and on-street parking spaces nearby to choose from.

During the epidemic, I was trapped in Taiwan and stayed at this hotel for half a year. This time I visited Taiwan with my wife and revisited the old place. The hotel is still as clean and tidy as three years ago, the service staff is polite and friendly, and the facilities are complete. It is especially worth mentioning that the free coffee machine in the hotel lobby is one of the best coffee I have ever drunk. Great! The location of the hotel is very convenient and the surrounding dining and shopping are complete. Opposite the hotel, I saw the self-service laundry again this time, which was very convenient. The hotel is reasonably priced and competitive, and is one of Hualien's very cost-effective accommodations.
