Staff is helpful. Walking distance to laundromats and convenience store. Rooms look a bit old but it is quite spacious

Good hotel

This time I went to Hualien for 5 days and 4 nights for business and to meet old friends. The overall stay was okay, but the sound insulation effect was not good. You could hear the voices next door. It was a fly in the ointment. You could also hear the cleaning lady chatting in the room in the morning!

I have stayed here many times and the standards have been maintained: clean, tidy, sufficient water supply, and the attitude of the waiters is very good... The location is super convenient. It's close to the train station and you can buy different souvenirs to take home and share with your family and friends.

There is its own parking lot (basement) near the Hualien Railway Station. I rode a heavy-duty motorcycle there that day and chose to park in the arcade of the hotel, so I don’t know if the basement can park a motorcycle (large heavy-duty machine). On the night of check-in (about 10 o'clock), I felt that the soundproofing was pretty good. However, I was unlucky and the next morning at around 7 o'clock, I heard noise from the opposite door or from the room next door (sounds of mothers chatting and children crying), which probably continued. Half an hour, maybe they went to have breakfast and then it became quiet🥲 I really feel that no matter how good the soundproofing is, the quality of the tenants next door must be good😮💨 Check-out time is 11:30. I specially chose the room without breakfast but can sleep later. The price of this room is very favorable👍

The service of the counter and restaurant staff is very good, but the breakfast dishes are ordinary The quadruple room is a little small, the pillows are soft, and it's a pity that there are no sockets at the bedside. The sound insulation is really bad, except for the noise from the same floor and the sound from the shower Even the passionate and regular exercise upstairs caused the ceiling to vibrate, so much so that the child stared at the ceiling silently with questions. My husband, who was already sleeping soundly, was woken up, so he had to call the front desk to help remind the guests in the room to pay attention.

It takes about five minutes to walk to the hotel's parking lot. It's a bit dark to go back and forth from the parking lot to the hotel at night. There is a paid parking lot next to the hotel. It would be much more convenient if you can sign a contract with it.

The hotel is quite satisfactory, but the soundproofing needs to be improved. Fortunately, there is not too much noise that affects sleep before going to bed at night. Because the underground parking lot is mechanical, I chose to park in the open parking lot attached to the hotel next door, and there are personnel to manage entry and exit. You need to drive to get into the city. It feels like there are not full rooms this time, so the parking space is still enough!

The environment is not bad, and the service is not bad, but the sound insulation in the room is poor. I can hear the conversation next door in Eastern Europe, and the doorbell next door is also very loud. This should be because the sound insulation needs to be improved when the hotel is built, and it will be difficult to improve in the later stage. People with serious sleep requirements need to choose carefully, otherwise it is actually okay, cheap and simple accommodation, it’s okay

The breakfast was okay, I would have chosen the room plan that included breakfast if I had known better.

The front desk service is very good and polite. They will guide you to park the car. The bed is very comfortable and comfortable. The breakfast is also delicious. When you check out, the housekeeping staff will politely nod and say hello. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity.
