The boss is very hardworking, enthusiastic and passionate, a know-it-all person in Hualien and Qixingtan.
It is very suitable for friends who are planning to travel to Hualien and Chihsingtan. You can visit Chihsingtan and Hualien with a suitcase.
The breakfast at the homestay was surprisingly amazing. In addition to the delicious food, the warm atmosphere of eating together early in the morning brought vitality to the day's schedule.
The whole family is full of praise. Next time I come back, I will definitely consider staying on the first day!

1 F接待大廳氛圍很好，擺了幾張實木長桌，可坐下來喝咖啡品茶，邊側還有攝影棚，整體佈置西式典雅＇房間在2 F以上，有電梯方便老人家上下，房間很大約40平方米左右，內饰多為實木家具，簡約古樸，住起來很舒服。……負責人陳總熱心接待，不厭其詳介紹附近景點及春節期間交通飲食．．非常優質的民宿，重點是它離花蓮市區只有10分鐘車程… 讚！讃！讃！

房間很大很寬敞
有提供吹風機(不錯，不是那種要一直按壓著的)
床也蠻舒服
可惜電視和收訊不太好
小孩看卡通一直卡
浴室有提供浴缸

床的部份...真的很好睡，躺上去立刻就睡着了....
衛浴設備也很棒...房間沒有潮濕悶熱的感覺...

極度不友善的一間民宿！
要不是所有飯店民宿都沒房，真的真的真的不會再住這間！
住的是6人房，（房費8800+650）孩子最小5歲硬被多收一人650人頭費，那就算了，早上的餐點，4個孩子同時調頭離開，說早餐很爛，後來我們大人想看看到底是如何爛？水煮秋葵、紅黃椒、地瓜、皮蛋粥、炒米粉....沒了！並給我們這桌坐的是沒冷氣的坐位！
小孩說想喝牛奶只願意給小孩喝冰紅茶加一點點點的科克蘭鮮乳……
還有他們做的超硬殼土司，只給了6片，我說我們有7個人費用也給了 才不甘願切一片比白土司更薄的給我們……是有多貴？還是我們沒給錢嗎？
花蓮天氣熱，給我們坐沒冷氣的地方，孩子不小心打翻紅茶，小老闆跑過來臉色大變帶著不耐煩加（尻稅）的口吻說：沒關係！我先擦乾淨你們先吃，等你們吃完我再整個翻起來清乾淨！
我們大人一直和他說不好意思孩子不小心打翻，他居然回：我什麼人都看過了啦，台積電和台達電過來和要我要麵包，也是不能給？！
聽不懂他要表達什麼？或是要證明他這個人的價值？
如果帶孩子去花蓮玩的旅客，真的真的要三思再三思，也難怪很多飯店民宿都滿了，唯獨他家還有空房。
第一次對一間民宿有所評論，真的是糟糕糟糕到極點。
忘了說 當天7點才進去民宿拿完鑰匙付完錢，馬上就出門去吃飯，回來大約9點多，朋友來訪客也訊問一樓一角能否使用，被告知可以才讓朋友過來，小孩都在房間，並沒吵鬧，小老闆就一直盯在旁邊，還以為他有什麼事還沒完成，後來我去上個廁所回來，聽朋友說，他要我們退房，把錢退還？？
超傻眼的.... 是怎樣？想退就退？想收錢就硬要收？
這就是什麼人都看過的小老闆的服務業態度？？？
我們只剛喝一人不到一瓶的啤酒，他就在旁邊說我同住的大人喝醉，不想和喝醉的人說話！
天啊！怎會有那麼自以為事的怪咖，不到一瓶就被說酒醉還要逼退房！
真的是住過最爛最爛的民宿！！！
