距離花蓮火車站約三、四分鐘腳程，民宿主人非常親切，給我們升等三人房，民宿雖有年份，但房間非常乾淨，連樓梯與扶手都一塵不染，沒有電梯，上樓要換拖鞋，房間很大，浴缸馬桶都有翻新，窗戶也是(氣密窗)，床、床被單、枕頭乾淨好睡，不附早餐，但轉角就有7-11和兩家早餐店，很方便。想去太魯閣，走到轉運站搭乘台灣好行也很近。在Trip訂到非常實惠的價格，cp值很高。

屬於家庭式民宿，擁有基本設施，雖屋況不新，但感受到屋主對於環境的維護。有自屬停車場，非常方便。屋主親切。
