It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the center of Hualien Railway Station and Bus Terminal, so it's not close. In the surrounding villages, there are no special facilities other than convenience stores. However, the neighborhood is quiet and refreshing. The hotel is very beautiful and nature-friendly. The breakfast in the morning is also very good. It's a place I'd like to spend more if possible.

The equipment is old, but the service attitude is solid and the location is quiet. It is recommended to renovate the equipment, such as: air-conditioning, bathroom equipment, dehumidifier purchase🎈⋯, etc., I believe it will help the growth of operating income.
