地段好，走路10～15分鐘就到東大門夜市，老闆態度很好，價格便宜，只不過床是硬的，較適合老人家睡，若需要軟床，較不推薦，但本人很推薦來這家民宿住。

位置不錯，服務不錯，房間乾淨，所沒有停車位，附近算好停車，走路就能到東大門夜市，美中不足浴室熱水有點忽冷忽熱。

空間不會很擁擠，房間格局蠻舒適寬敞的，然後明亮，浴室也滿大的。
